Starbucks - (Glade & 121) Euless
Each location and interior design is different.
This location is right off 121 Highway and Glade Road, next to Chipotle and Prosperity Bank. It’s near Lowe’s. This Starbucks offers good amount of parking.
I spent about 5+ hours here, getting some work done. Bev, was one of my baristas and she’s worked for Starbucks 15 years and meeting her was such a pleasure. She was very friendly, relatable and accommodating. She radiates exactly how Starbucks should be.
I asked if I could get a refill in a For Here Mug. I appreciated her response. “I love drinking hot beverages from our mugs, because the taste is so much richer in ceramic mugs.”
I also ordered Starbucks New, “Jalapeño Chicken Pocket.” I asked Bev, if I can get the Jalapeño Chicken Pocket in a For Here Plate and she answered, “Yes, of course you can.”
Later, Bev, came over and engaged me in more friendly conversation and asked me, “Would you like water or anything else while I’m here?” I answered, “Thank you, Grande water please.”
While sitting here and getting work done, I noticed a customer accidentally dropped and spilled their specialty drink. The staff here are so kind and understanding of each individual customer needs. They offered to redo entire drink at no additional cost. Another barista quickly cleaned up the spill, to make sure it wouldn’t become a hazard for customers.
This location is very popular in the morning and Drive Thru does get long. The wait is totally worth it because you get to meet friendly staff who greet you, wish you a great day, and the baristas work efficiently to keep Drive Thru flowing smoothly.
Another option to long wait at Drive Thru is to come inside. You will also be greeted and your order will be served promptly. Most customers that came inside, I observed, waited less than ten minutes for their To-Go and For-Here orders.
Overall I recommend for you to stop by this location and enjoy your visit. They also offer roofed patio seating.

Read moreI went last night around 8:40pm to order a coffee. I waited over ten minutes to be dispatched. At some point the teenager moping the floor decided ro help the barista so, she dropped the mop and start brewing coffee WITHOUT ANY SALUBRITY PROTOCOLs. This is disgusting. After I told her not to make my coffee and to please wash her hands before manipulating food and after being carrying the mop all over the store, she just rinse her hands. I do have a video and I am going to escalate this. If do not believe me. This store should be close until they get their personnel trained to handle food. I hope the real owner gets to read this and take action for the costumers and public health. I told the manager after requesting a refund. I bet she did not do anything about it. I'm writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your drive-thru. This was the second time I ordered fresh black coffee and received a cup that tasted extremely burnt and unpleasant. When I politely addressed it with the staff, I was told, “It is fresh and it is good,” without any attempt to understand my concern.
Unfortunately, I had to discard the coffee both times, which not only wasted my money but left me very dissatisfied with your service. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and ensure better quality control going forward. I truly want to continue enjoying your coffee, but consistency and care are key.
