Just had the worst experience ever at this location. An item I wanted to get had a stain on it and after I wasnt able to find another piece I figured I ll take my chances if they offer me a discount. When I asked at the register, she told me NO we cannot do that sorry but if it doesnt come out we will take it back. When I tried to explain that I cannot come back - I'm about to leave the country to go on vacation and this is for that vacation - and how I do not believe that is an acceptable statement she said she has to follow those rules, so of course I requested to speak with the supervisor that is setting such rules. The Manager said right away that is correct we cannot - again I tried to explain that I will not be able to come back and as I started getting upset I also pointed out it shouldnt be a customers job to see if a damaged item can be fixed. She then offered me 99 cents, saying its 24.99, I can make it even $24. I thought this was a joke and as I expressed my frustration and of course decided not to take it, the manager was already walking out again, did not offer me to try and find another piece or acknowledged my frustration or anything. I work in customer service, a simple "I apologize for the inconvenience, I can understand your frustration" can go a long way!!! Instead they talked to each other and started giggling which is extremely disrespectful. At this point the girl at my register actually apologized for the way this was handled. I understand its not her fault so I bought my other items from her just because I really wanted those and they were in good order and she actually genuinely seemed to feel bad about the situation. As far as the little beach dress/sweater, I will be purchasing full price at the original retailer, at least I will be treated like a customer and not a joke. Read moreThis store get one star because the moment I stepped in, I felt the emptiness in the store. No members greeted me. The store was a mess and very unorganized. I still gathered some things to buy, and when I went up to the registers, the employees were not really pleasant to walk up to then, when I was ready to check out, the lady gave me a look and proceeded to demand the employee to come up and help instead of being polite. When I was ready to walk up to the cashier. She then still had a very mean look not pleasant as a cashier and then I had a pair of jeans that didn’t have a tag and instead of figuring out what the price of the jeans actually were, she questioned me and asked how much they were and I told her and she corrected me as if she knew the price and then gave me a quoted me a bigger price mind you I pulled the jeans from the clearance section. At this point, I was not in the mood to elaborate where I found the jeans. She was very rude and I was ready to leave the store. I was honestly surprised that I still purchased stuff. Read moreWhoever the older woman with glasses was quickly dismissed the cashier to take a smoke break. This was highly unprofessional to the customer and her coworker who was checking me out and waiting patiently with me while her line backed up because she was left without any way to ask for assistance. I had a 2 set item that was missing a piece and wanted to know the pricing on it but was told they could not sell it separately. I don't know if this is true or not as the location in Southlake has handled similar situations much more professionally.
This was not the only piece like this either as the clearance and even regular priced racks had multiple sets missing pieces.
