Texas Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Grapevine

I want to give a very thoughtful review for Garrett, who runs a family business called Texas Shaved Ice. I recently visited the small Texas Shaved Ice located inside a gas station, and my experience was nothing short of wonderful.

Garrett is not only knowledgeable about what he does, but he also genuinely cares about people. While I was there, he went above and beyond to make the visit enjoyable for my two year old son he even turned on Ninja Turtles to keep him entertained and brought out the cutest little baby spoon just for him. As a parent, that thoughtfulness meant so much to me.

Garrett shared a little backstory about himself, and I could tell how easy he is to communicate with. He isn’t afraid to talk to strangers and makes everyone feel welcome. He even told me not to worry if my son made a mess, which really showed how understanding and caring he is toward families.

On top of that, his snow cones are delicious! He can make just about anything you ask for, and the quality speaks for itself.

(Hit like button) this place is amazing! First off, the owners (man and wife) are super friendly and, they make you feel what customer service is suppose to be like. They are down to earth with a sense of humor. They really make you feel like the only customer. The product is very much so worth your time. There were like 50 flavors with and additional 10 sugar free flavors (give or take). The best part is, you can match unlimited flavors and have it “juiced out” for no additional cost. Stopped by today to grab a little treat for my mom who is in the hospital. Not super familiar with the area and was looking for Bahama Bucks, but SO GLAD I found this place instead!! DELICIOUS snowcones and absolutely perfect snowy ice!!! The best part though was the gentleman working there. He was so kind and polite.
