I went to this Ross with my little sister. We were looking for a black T-shirt for her dance recital. We found a black shirt, and we proceeded to go to the check out. When we got there was only one employee, and the line was backed up. When we made it to the front of the line, we were already about to be Late to the dancer's recital because how long the line was When we got up, to the person at the register and she was laughing and mean mugging Toward my little sister is African American so has very curly hair So the person at the register Decided to make a comments about my little sister and how her hair was a mess Then she looked at my little sister up and down proceeding to say Your parents don't seem to care enough about your hair Maybe if you had nice hair like me they would care to do your hair. I told her we're gonna be late anyways lets by the items My little sister ran to the car I dropped the item And we left the store. We didn't make it to her dance recital. And she cried the whole night talking about How she wants slick and...

The store looks great today. Needs to improve customer service. Friendly reminder to the L P guy working today morning: treat ALL customers with respect. They feel “special “enough when you as a L P welcome them at the door. No need to make them feel “extra special “ by being rude.

I was waiting in line long enough to notice his behavior to the Hispanic lady making some exchange. He didn’t treat the other wh.t. folks (like him )doing the return/exchange the same bad way. Also Why did he say”Have a great weekend “ to Wh.t. folks only? Well...Hope the gentleman just simply forgot what he was supposed to do————Come on, gotta do it better man. It’s 2019.

I really like this ross it's is located in a nice area a d it is nice and neat inside you can tell that the recovery is done consistently to keep store tidy. I love the affordable prices you can find I had a large order over $100 and got kids clothes, dress, running shoes and a lot of items for two cars like new floor mats etc.. What I love the most is how Ross still enforces the must wear a face mask to shop in this store this to me helps me feel comfortable especially since I was shopping with my 6 yrs so and once you are ready to check out the registers have a plexiglass barrier and they have hand sanitizer at the front and wipes to wipe the basket cart handles...
