Go Loco Street Tacos & Burritos — Restaurant in Grapevine

The food was decent for a gas station taco place, the issue is they have randomly charged my card twice now. The first was $10 and I was so busy I never went in to ask why I was randomly charged. This morning is was charged randomly again $24! Keep in mind I haven’t been here in a couple months. When I went in to see what was going on they said it wasn’t them and that someone was impersonating them and that they could not do anything to help me. The manger also said they had someone come in before me and say the same… shouldn’t they look into this? Or at least try to help the customers who come in who have been affected. I came on my 45 min lunch break and was able order, sit down to eat and drive back to my job on time. I like their colors inside they have red and yellow chairs and a nice yellow plywood ceiling. Very fast service and the staff are all friendly! I ordered the street tacos 3 fajita and 2 barbacoa. The fajita were the best for me, the tortillas were soft enough, only I wish they were softer. The green sauce was good but it was given to me in a small cup and it was cold so it made my tacos get cold quickly. Softer tortillas and warm sauce were the only things I didn't like but the flavor...

Customer service is horrible. No one wants to work anymore. Very rude. Ordered quesadillas with a offer for free nacho. Nachos were broken chips and crumbs. I asked for more /better chips and employee said, "Ma'am it's free, this is what you get" Wow.. I offered to buy chips, she said "no!! no way to charge for more chips" As she saw my frustration, she looked and said, "don't get mad at me, nothing I can do." Obviously....I won't be going back there again. I used to love this place. This may not be a reflection of the food itself as much as it is the employees....
