Ok hi Charles Miller again with part 2 of my experience on the last trivia night. So yeah she says our owner encourage s drinking. Well I'm pretty sure TABC will have something to say about that one hon. So the next issue came when we tried to tab out. The tab was 56 dollars. But there was three beers on our tab that we didn't have. As I'm talking to the blonde bartender I tell her the tab is wrong. She says Your friend was ordering on your tab. Not true our friend ordered one flight on her own tab. She says no she was definitely ordering on your tab. Then she goes "well how many beers do you think you had". IDK your the bartender dude maybe 5 maybe 7 I don't know I wasn't keeping track. The other bartender chimes in well as your girlfriend walked away I couldn't hear what beer she ordered so I rang a different one in. What? You mean you pour a beer then ask what they had? The blonde bartender goes your friend right there was ordering on your tab. She points to a group of people I don't even know. I'm like I don't know them what the heck is going on. And yes at this point I'm yelling but when a drink bartender is copping an attitude and admitting to ringing the wrong beers from someone else's tab on my tab and is trying to justify it what am I suppose to do?In The end she comps the tab. I didn't ask for that I still tried to pay for the 5 beers I had but she wouldn't let me. But she messed up. She did charged my card. Ridiculous. I'm a bartender myself I understand sometimes people are difficult but I was totally reasonable up until that point. I wasn't even going to write this review but when she actually charge my card no all...

If you're looking for a brewery that has it all, look no further than Hop and Sting Brewing. From the moment you walk in, you'll be struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. And if you're a dog lover, you'll be pleased to know that Hop and Sting is dog-friendly! But let's be real, the main attraction here is the beer. And let me tell you, the beer at Hop and Sting is absolutely incredible.

From IPAs to stouts to sours, Hop and Sting has something for everyone. Whether you're a die-hard beer enthusiast or just someone who enjoys a cold one after a long day, you'll find something to love here. The brewers are true artisans, and their passion for their craft is evident in every sip. The beer is always fresh, and the flavors are bold and complex. You won't find any watered-down, mass-produced brews here.

But Hop and Sting isn't just a great place to drink beer. It's also a great place to hang out with friends, meet new people, and support good causes. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. And if you're looking to give back, Hop and Sting regularly hosts charity events and even has a charity beer menu. So not only can you enjoy a delicious beer, but you can also feel good about where your money is going.

Overall, I can't recommend Hop and Sting Brewing enough. It's a fun, welcoming, and thoughtful brewery that truly cares about its customers and its community. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to hang out, you won't be disappointed. So grab a pint, pet a pup, and enjoy everything that Hop and Sting...

I am the host for this brewery's trivia. Some could say I am a little biased, but I call it like I see it, and I have had some issues with staff, and would definitely never condone or defend any outward behavior. I want to take a moment to address a one star review left on 5/29/19. I was quoted as "telling the staff they should not be drinking on the job." That conversation never happened. The brewery closes an hour after I finish hosting trivia. I was there with maybe a few people as these two girls worked hard to close. They were in no way drunk or tipsy. There was at least 55 people in the beer garden playing trivia, I am not counting those just hanging out and enjoying the day. AND there was a full house inside. The brewery had TWO women, busting their butts to keep everyone happy. Sometimes a drink could get screwed up, or worse a tab. The fact that this reviewer refers to one of the bartenders as "Hon" should speak volumes. I am attaching a pic of our average crowd. LOOK at all those people. They do an amazing job week after week when they usually have at least THREE behind the bar. I would take that one star review with a grain of salt. I am stating flatly, I NEVER said "You shouldn't be drinking." I don't know the rules, but I would have remembered saying that and if I had seen them drinking would have just assumed it was fine. If you're still reading, come play trivia! Wednesday at 7pm,...

Our family loves finding family friendly breweries, restaurants, etc. We were excited to find Hop and Sting and enjoyed our time here. We arrived around 5:45 on a Saturday and were able easily find a seat outside. The outdoor area is nice even when it’s a bit hot out because it’s pretty shaded with trees and lots of umbrellas. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of seating inside so we’re glad it’s shaded but we were unsure if the office area that is in a separate building is also used for seating… the door was open to this building and there were tables but that was a little unclear to us. We absolutely loved the beer selection. The first Saturday we went there were (2) different live musicians. The second musician a reggae performer was awesome! He was interactive with the crowd and at one point had all the kids performing with him. While the food trucks all have great service.. very friendly folks! There’s not enough variety especially for families … both trucks (diff times of the day) on the first Saturday and 1 on the second were all BBQ and not kid friendly. These would be our one request is more variety and options for kids!
