I went to the Taco Bell location at 1134 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX last night around 7:30. There was a line of cars in the drive through and when I pulled up to the menu I believe I was the fifth car in line. Due to the number of customers, I understood that there would be some waiting. However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes after ordering before reaching the window. Once I finally got to the window, I asked to speak to a manager to communicate my disappointment in the service. I waited an additional 4 minutes before a woman who was not the manager spoke to me. I let the woman know that I was disappointed and thought the service was ridiculously slow and that I had made the decision to go to another place and would not be paying for the food I ordered. I do not believe in giving my business to a franchise so poorly managed.

I proceeded to the Taco Bell at the 1201 W Glade Rd, Euless, TX location 3.5 miles away. I had a much more pleasant and efficient experience at that location. I believe I could've driven to the Euless location and back to Grapevine faster than receiving service at the Grapevine location.

As much as I'm disappointed about the service at the Grapevine location, I am more disappointed that the manager would not speak to me and offer an apology.

Judging from other Google reviews, it seems that this is a common experience for other customers and a more recent problem. I will not be returning to the Grapevine location until I know improvements...

Am i surprised they have SEVERAL bad reviews? HELL NO! Every time I visit this location, the food is consistently poorly prepared and not fresh. But when the district manager is here they portray like they’re ALWAYS giving fresh food and give the best service. CAP! On my most recent visit, I was served fries that were nearly raw—floppy, soggy, and completely unfit to eat. When I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked for a refund, the manager, Vick, became defensive instead of taking accountability. She even went so far as to tell another employee that I should not be allowed to come back, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. But said it under her breath like i couldn’t hear! Baby please don’t surprise with a good time because im sick of yall! STOP SERVING PAYING CUSTOMERS FOOD YALL WOULDNT EAT!

This is not an isolated experience. Whenever this manager prepares my food, there always seems to be something wrong with it. Even when I order for dine-in, she deliberately bags my food to go while other customers receive proper dine-in service. This makes me feel singled out and mistreated.

No customer should have to deal with undercooked food or hostile treatment from management. Food should be prepared safely, served fresh, and customers should be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly failed to meet those basic standards. I will not be returning until Taco Bell corporate addresses these...

I've been a regular patron at this Taco Bell location for years and have always enjoyed consistent, good quality food and service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was a stark contrast to the norm.

The gentleman who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my request. I was patient and took my time explaining what I wanted – a Chicken Roll Up Deluxe Box with meat and cheese only. I even verified my order at the window to ensure there were no misunderstandings.

However, after arriving home and eagerly opening my meal, I was disappointed to find that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the meal I had clearly requested and confirmed at the drive-thru, I was served a completely different dish.

It's frustrating to have your dining experience marred by such a fundamental mistake, especially when you've been looking forward to a specific meal. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant or settle for a meal you didn't order is disheartening.

While I appreciate that errors can sometimes occur, it's crucial that staff take the time to understand customer orders correctly to avoid such situations. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of declining service at a place I've enjoyed for years.

Despite this unfortunate experience, I hope to see improvements in the future service. I'd hate for a single mishap to tarnish my view of this Taco Bell location that has consistently served me well...

I will start by saying every time I come to this location during lunch hours the dining room doors are locked. Which is a huge inconvenience for every guest especially if your order is messed up. With everyone being forced into the drive thur one would think the line would move fast. Think again! There is always a 20min wait in the line. After finally getting my food and driving back to work I then realized that the huge burrito I order was thrown on top of my taco making it flatter than paper! Not only that but all of the cheese and jalapeños that we’re supposed to be in the burrito were grilled on the outside! After driving back to the location I called to ask if my order could be remade and if someone could just quick bring it outside since it was THEIR FAULT! I was told with a nasty attitude “No, we can’t we don’t have time you have to get back in line”. Do better!

This Taco Bell is a disaster. We ordered in the drive-thru and the person taking our order seemingly had no idea what we were saying. We patiently tried to correct our order a few times before they told us to pull to the window. "Oh," we thought, "they're just having trouble hearing us through the microphone." Nope. When we got to the window, they gave us a total. Annoyed, we decided to just take what they gave us, as the last thing we'd seen on the screen was... okay. We were interested in trying the new chicken nuggets and those seemed to make it into the order so we cut our losses. We then waited for 15-20 minutes for the crew to make our food (the longest I've ever waited at a Taco Bell without a line in front of me). After all that trouble, the nuggets we came for were effectively inedible.

Staff had trouble speaking to me in English. Very nice and courteous. However had to get things translated to be able to explain something to me when I asked questions about the food. I ordered a bacon breakfast quesadilla and a grilled sausage burrito, the burrito came out as bacon so had to send it back to be fixed but they did with out complaint. I think it was only wrong because of the language barrier. The food was warm and delicious. The quesadilla is big see pictures. I would return just double check order to make sure your order was understood correctly.
