I went to the Taco Bell location at 1134 William D Tate Ave, Grapevine, TX last night around 7:30. There was a line of cars in the drive through and when I pulled up to the menu I believe I was the fifth car in line. Due to the number of customers, I understood that there would be some waiting. However, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes after ordering before reaching the window. Once I finally got to the window, I asked to speak to a manager to communicate my disappointment in the service. I waited an additional 4 minutes before a woman who was not the manager spoke to me. I let the woman know that I was disappointed and thought the service was ridiculously slow and that I had made the decision to go to another place and would not be paying for the food I ordered. I do not believe in giving my business to a franchise so poorly managed.
I proceeded to the Taco Bell at the 1201 W Glade Rd, Euless, TX location 3.5 miles away. I had a much more pleasant and efficient experience at that location. I believe I could've driven to the Euless location and back to Grapevine faster than receiving service at the Grapevine location.
As much as I'm disappointed about the service at the Grapevine location, I am more disappointed that the manager would not speak to me and offer an apology.
Judging from other Google reviews, it seems that this is a common experience for other customers and a more recent problem. I will not be returning to the Grapevine location until I know improvements...
Read moreAm i surprised they have SEVERAL bad reviews? HELL NO! Every time I visit this location, the food is consistently poorly prepared and not fresh. But when the district manager is here they portray like they’re ALWAYS giving fresh food and give the best service. CAP! On my most recent visit, I was served fries that were nearly raw—floppy, soggy, and completely unfit to eat. When I brought this to the staff’s attention and asked for a refund, the manager, Vick, became defensive instead of taking accountability. She even went so far as to tell another employee that I should not be allowed to come back, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. But said it under her breath like i couldn’t hear! Baby please don’t surprise with a good time because im sick of yall! STOP SERVING PAYING CUSTOMERS FOOD YALL WOULDNT EAT!
This is not an isolated experience. Whenever this manager prepares my food, there always seems to be something wrong with it. Even when I order for dine-in, she deliberately bags my food to go while other customers receive proper dine-in service. This makes me feel singled out and mistreated.
No customer should have to deal with undercooked food or hostile treatment from management. Food should be prepared safely, served fresh, and customers should be treated with respect. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly failed to meet those basic standards. I will not be returning until Taco Bell corporate addresses these...
Read moreI've been a regular patron at this Taco Bell location for years and have always enjoyed consistent, good quality food and service. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was a stark contrast to the norm.
The gentleman who took my order seemed to have difficulty understanding my request. I was patient and took my time explaining what I wanted – a Chicken Roll Up Deluxe Box with meat and cheese only. I even verified my order at the window to ensure there were no misunderstandings.
However, after arriving home and eagerly opening my meal, I was disappointed to find that my order was completely wrong. Instead of the meal I had clearly requested and confirmed at the drive-thru, I was served a completely different dish.
It's frustrating to have your dining experience marred by such a fundamental mistake, especially when you've been looking forward to a specific meal. The inconvenience of having to drive back to the restaurant or settle for a meal you didn't order is disheartening.
While I appreciate that errors can sometimes occur, it's crucial that staff take the time to understand customer orders correctly to avoid such situations. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a sign of declining service at a place I've enjoyed for years.
Despite this unfortunate experience, I hope to see improvements in the future service. I'd hate for a single mishap to tarnish my view of this Taco Bell location that has consistently served me well...
