The recent reviews of 5 stars are certainly going to be from employees of some sort. No honest person would say their 5 dollar pizza tastes better than a 24 dollar pizza, and after all bad reviews and their rating going way down, all of a sudden there's 3 five star reviews. Ya, that's not fishy at all!
The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. I've had horrible experiences on multiple occasions and I rarely go here any more even though when I lived near other LC locations I'd go often.
Once I was given a pizza that looked like it had a bite taken out of the crust. I didn't notice until I got home. I drove ALL THE WAY back to LC (little caesars) and pointed out the defect in the pizza. The guy who said he was the on shift manager told me it was just because part of the crust had stuck to the pan when they took it out, that's why it looks like a bite out of it. By this time the pizza is about 45 minutes old (cuz of driving back and forth) and cold. Did they give me a fresh pizza??? NO! They sent me home with an old defective pizza!
They also refuse to substitute meat ingredients for vegetarian ones without charging me when I cannot eat meat. I really hate the way this place is managed. If good service and being respected and treated like a human is important to you, DO NOT GO TO THIS LITTLE...
Read moreI have always enjoyed Little Caesar’s Pizza, so my order, although was a little difficult, ended up perfectly yummy! A few weeks ago, I had placed my order with a non-primary English speaker, so I think we had difficulty understanding each other. When my pizza was ready, it was not at all what I wanted or expected when I ordered. We discussed my order, which I thought was clear from the menu overhead, but he had inputted a specialty pizza on their ordering system based on what he thought I was asking for. The advertising was deceptive. Eventually, he realized what I wanted and had it made. He was slightly put off, as I myself might have been if I worked there, because an entire pizza was wasted…….. but it wasn’t what I ordered. I think, often, we don’t realize, just how important communication is, especially with so many people in the states where English is not their primary language. Good job Little Caesar’s, you made it right and a loyal customer walked away...
Read moreI ordered 6 pizzas online for a later pickup at the Grass valley, Ca location. My daughter and I were the only ones with the name and pick up code, she went to pick them up and was informed that a tall man had already picked the order up. I called the store and told them no one had picked my order up yet and no one else had the name or pick up code. The manager I spoke with didn’t even offer to replace them or offer a refund and instead was trying to figure out what happened and informed me he had the name and pick up code. I had to call back again since they weren’t going to give her our order requesting a refund or my pizzas before they did anything. Not exactly sure how this man got the information but someone got a free 6 pizzas. Hope they...
