Subway — Restaurant in Grass Valley

I have been to this subway countless times, and everyone is so kind and does a great job. Ive noticed they have all new employees very frequently, most people dont work there very long before a new person replaces them. EXCEPT for the middle aged woman, who is the only employee to not wear a name tag, I'm assuming she's the manager or something. She is always very very rude to the employees and holds them to impossibly high standards. Yet I've seen her handle bread with her bare hands, not change gloves after touching the register, etc. She is highly condescending to the other employees, and I've even seen her join in when customers are being rude to/scoffing at the other employees. Highly unprofessional, always has a tone with her employees and customers who are younger...

I had a panic attack while ordering my meal. And the guy that runs it is such an amazing and understanding man that even while I was having my panic attack, I couldn't help but listen to his calming voice that was genuine. He understood what I was experiencing and handled me with nothing but absolute care. That's one of the very best definitions of customer care. I ordered two toasted foot longs on the app on October 11th 2024 and when I picked them up they were barely room temperature, and it looked like whoever made and packaged them had squeezed them as tight as possible making them rock hard. The worker was also not wearing any subway attire and a spideran hat and I honestly don't know if he works there or if he just walked behind the counter. Will not order...
