Oh my. Where do I begin with the wonderful customer service I’ve gotten at this location??! Supersedes any and all other ice cream shoppes. I was having a bad day and the weather was so hot…I wanted to treat myself to an ice cream. I ordered a large cone (my favorite). No sooner had I paid for it and was handed it did I turn around, and drop it in front of me!!!!! I almost bursts into tears …. a girl at the window asked me what was wrong and offered to remake it for me free of charge. She made the cone and another very kind girl cleaned up my mess. She and her friend handled the situation so well, I don’t know how else it could have been handled. No more Dairy Queen or Baskin Robbin’s for me! Brusters only from here on out . Came by yesterday afternoon, rude staff girl just opened her window and stared. I ordered for my 3yo and I. It was 4:30pm on a thursday. No one was there but us. The girl seemed annoyed she had to walk to the counter (skinny blonde, missed her name. Could be because she barely said two words to me). At first I got my son a "baby cone" free one. I accidentally dropped it right there at the counter. Instead of offering to replace it, or hand us napkins, the girl just stared again arms still folded at the counter.
