Dunkin Donuts should literally take this Franchise from the Franchisee because it's apparent THEY DO NOT CARE! The customer service is horrendous. They couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. You can fill out the survey over and over and talk to the District Manager and the same issue occurs over and over. They just don't care about their customers, especially their every day repeat customers who order the exact same thing every day only to get the incorrect donut. THAT DONUT IS NOT A BAVARIAN CREAM DONUT IT IS A CHOCOLATE CREAM DONUT. If you can't READ THE LABEL and provide the customer the correct donut, THEN MOVE THOSE LIKE LOOKING DONUTS SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN READ THE DAMN LABELS!!! TRAIN THEM TO READ THE DONUT LABELS INSTEAD OF GRABBING THE FIRST DONUT THAT LOOKS LIKE WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS!!!

I have been going to other Dunkin’s Donuts locations and was never treated like this . I do not recommend coming to this location and hope this management and employees have some awareness about this situation, cuz this is not Acceptable. Not to mention how disgusting the floor was this is insane, they have so many employees in the back chatting and laughing and not even considering that the floor is filthy sticky and full of crumbs . I hope that corporate would see this review and do something about this .

Best service ever! The app glitched on me yesterday and didn't confirm my order. I was in a rush, so I decided to forego my coffee run for the day. Fast forward to this morning, and I see a charge did actually go through on the order in limbo. I went in and explained to the young lady at the counter, and she remade the drink for me! She remembered the order that never got picked up because it had actually gone through on their side. Customer service here never fails to put a smile on my face. 😊 It's the small things that can really turn your day around for the good. 😊

I just went through the drive through at 830am on a Saturday. The line wasn’t too long, so I waited, and ordered. I did not receive a total at the speaker box, so I drove around and waiting for my total at the window. I guess the staff was all new, as they seemed to be frantically trying to service everyone by making people pull up. The lot space is not very large, and I wasn’t able to pull up to wait on my order with the other 4 people that had been asked to pull up to wait on their order as well. So I waited at the window, people both in front and behind me waiting on orders. The girl at the window forgot my order, twice, and I had to repeat it. Turkey sausage egg and cheese croissant. I’m allergic to pork, so the fact that they have turkey sausage on the menu is a plus for me. When I finally received a bag, I pulled off as now I was late for work only a few blocks away. When I arrived at work, I examined the items in my bag. The croissant was completely incorrect, having pork sausage on it (I could tell from the shape being square, the turkey is round). Not only that, but the croissant appears to be mostly unbaked. I also have an egg white veggie flatbread in my bag. I think this must’ve been the person behind me’s order. Frustrated, I called the store, and the phone rang 15 times before it was answered by the most complaciant person I’ve ever spoken to. After I explained the situation he asked, ā€˜you wanna speak to the manager?’ ā€˜Yes’ I replied. When I again, repeated the situation, Chancia apologized, and asked me to come back so they could re-do my order. I explained that I am at work now and won’t be able to come back until 8 pm, when I won’t want a breakfast sandwich. She then told me I could come back tomorrow, that she won’t be there, but the other manager would take care of me. I feel both pushed off and unimportant at this point as a customer. I won’t be returning to this location which is upsetting with the close proximity of my work place as well as the menu choices being...

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, as I never expected to feel such disappointment from my favorite coffee shop, a place I have frequented daily for years. This establishment has always been my go-to spot for coffee, and I had always appreciated the atmosphere and service—until now.

Recently, while using the drive-through service, I encountered an incident that left me feeling disrespected and hurt. As I was pulling up to place my order, my son, who is autistic, was expressing himself in a way that is typical for him. Unfortunately, the representative at the front of the drive-through made an inappropriate comment suggesting that I should ā€œcontrol my kid.ā€ And started to laugh.This statement was not only insensitive but also displayed a profound lack of understanding and empathy towards individuals with autism.

It is crucial for businesses to foster an inclusive environment where all customers feel welcome and respected. Autism is a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior; it is not something that can be controlled or changed on command. The comment made by the staff member reflects a broader issue of misunderstanding surrounding autism spectrum disorders. People often do not realize how their words can impact others, especially when they lack knowledge about neurodiversity.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience at what has been my favorite coffee shop. It is essential for establishments like this to train their employees on how to interact with customers who may have children with special needs. A simple act of kindness and understanding could have made all the difference in this situation. Moving forward, I hope that they take steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and empathy.

Honestly this Dunkin’ Donuts is very slow and lacks the customer service that they need, the workers are all up front in a group chatting like there is no work to be done, I’ve been here twice the first time I ordered a hot caramel craze coffee and I actually added Coldfoam to it with no problem…. the second time I went, the lady was very rude through the drive-through she said ā€œcan i take your orderā€ I asked her to give me one minute she didn’t respond, as I started to proceed with my order after ordering each item she kept saying are you done? are you finished? is that it? when I got to my last item which was once again a hot caramel craze coffee I told her I wanted to add cold foam With a snotty attitude she said you cannot add cold foam to your hot coffee……. Mind me I bought this drink the same way few days before, and how is she going to tell me how I can have my coffee?? I explained that I was there a few days before and that I did indeed get a hot coffee with cold foam and she said well I am not going to make you a hot coffee with cold foam would you like me to add whip cream instead and I told her NO that I want to Add cold foam, she said ā€œma’am I’m not giving you a coffee with cold foamā€ she stopped taking my order and I left without buying anything very rude, lack of knowledge, and lazy, people who clearly don’t wanna work because once again how are you gonna tell me how I can drink my coffee if I’m paying for it, and I ordered a few days before the SAME WAY. She clearly didn’t want to work because she lost a $40 sale over...
