I visited this McDonald's on 10-13-20, just before 8pm..I drive a tractor trailer across the country so, I stepped in for a carry out.. First thing I noticed, was the guy working the register turning his head and coughing to take my order, yes during the pandemic..Next, I had an issue pulling up a deal for a large fry..The manager on duty told me, "There's nothing I can do for you, I cannot do it here" (at the register) She wasn't very pleasant about it either..Ok, no big deal..Place my order, I notice 3 hand sanitizer stations, (1 at each kiosk and one at the counter) which I figured I could use about now after the "coughing guy".. All sanitizer stations were completely empty.. I paid for extra lettuce, didn't even receive the regular amount..While waiting for my order I seen her roll her eyes while the next group was ordering..I didn't get her name because, No one was wearing a name tag.. (She had red/purple hair)..Lastly, I got the medium fry ,in the large box gimmic that seems to be happening at all locations..( I will be getting with corporate on this one) I give this McDonald's 1 star and would recommend that people vote with their wallet's and not patronize businesses that you feel do not value you as a customer..Companies only understand 1 thing, $$$$...When they lose revenue, they will shape up, or go away..Personally, I will not be stopping here again..And I'll bet all these people think that they deserve $15 an hour..From what I could tell, their work isn't worth...

So I called, the girl that answered failed to identify herself, you know when I worked at McDonald's, we answered "thank you for calling McDonald's, this is (insert your name here), how can I help you?" However she picked up the phone, it took a full 30 seconds for her to say anything, then she said "McDonald's" I explain my problem, she says well you can come back, though I told her I was quite the distance away. I told her I wasn't coming back tonight. In a really nasty tone "I don't know what you want me to do then" I said, "well refund the meals, I shouldn't have to check EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER THERE" she didn't respond, so I asked for franchisee info... she then sits the phone down and doesn't pick it back up, I hung up after 2 minutes.
Y'all realize I stop in there, usually 3-5 times a week for breakfast, drinks, whatever while I'm working my 70 HOUR WORKWEEKS.
Congratulations on kissing my money goodbye.
Restaff with reasonable CLEAN people, who don't do drugs and actually shower.
I expect a refund for my entire meal tonight, we threw the food out. I ate a bowl of cereal instead of this burnt bun on a burnt...
Read moreI live in Great Bend and never have any problems. They are great! Today... I was asked to pull up as they were making my food and understandable. As I went around the corner every stall but the very last one at the end was full. I parked in that last stall and after 10 minutes of waiting, I thought that is strange that it has taken this long. I looked up the phone # to call and 3 times got a fax machine sound. I got out of my car, went inside and talked to the first gal i saw in uniform. I let her know that I had to park all the way to the end because no other spots. She said 'cars aren't to park there.' Maybe so but where was I to park? And no sorry from this lady? And when I said in a nice & calm voice to please just remember if there are no cars in those first few stalls to check if anyone is in others with someone in driver seat waiting on food. She then said 'I am off the clock.' I myself worked in food service and managed for almost 20 years and I know if you are in uniform and u r asked a question from a customer ... DO NOT say ... I'm not on the clock but rather... I'm sorry let me see if I can get someone to help you. You are in uniform... you represent that...
