Starbucks — Restaurant in Great Falls

Slow, loud & obnoxious! I've never been in a Starbucks where they have so many employees behind the counter, but still incredibly slow! Everytime I'm in there, the Barista's, or whatever it is they all do there, treat the entire area behind the counter like a playground. This morning, one guy was repeatedly trying to shoot garbage into the trash can, another was punching boxes as if he were in the gym training with a punching bag. The girl making drinks was very loud, airing her opinions on marriage whether you wanted to hear them or not. Yet there I was, waiting for my sandwich 15 minutes later that I found out hadn't even been put into the microwave, or whatever they use, & my drink was horrible! I go there every time I'm in town, expecting things to be different, but it never changes. That's my mistake! I'm looking forward to the opening of City Brew! It's opening on the other side of town, but it will be worth not having to...

Horrible experience. I'm white, but there was a barista today being condescending to a japanese customer, who is a visiting professor. Also, my order was overcharged. I waited 20 minutes to have my food order given to somebody from drive thru. And, the entire time when I pointed out problems, i was made to feel as though I was an imposition. When I chatted with customer service, they acted as though this happens so much that there was a sorry, not sorry approach. Very disappointing. You would think after paying $6.45 for a cup of coffee, they could at least be civil. I guess that is too much to ask with this store. I recommend you run as fast as you can to another location if you have to have Starbucks. My loyalty is over after 20 years of being loyal. I am only giving 1 star because it wont let...

Came in here a few weeks ago with a friend and bought a decaf coffee inside. As we sat there we could very clearly and loudly her one of the female baristas complaining about why anyone would ever order decaf, why it existed, and if decaf is what you want you shouldn't even bother to drink coffee. That convo went on for about 5 min between employees as I sat and tried to drink my coffee which was extremely watered down with no flavor. (I have ordered decaf several times from many stbx and even worked at one and never had this issue) when I asked for another drink (a blk iced tea) it tasted like it had strawberry sweetener in it.
