After a long day at the hospital we stopped to grab a bite to eat. Mainly because my son was hungry. We chose Burger King which was a bad idea. Ordered three different meals and a few sides for some family back at the hospital. Anyway, after paying a ridiculous price they told us to pull forward past the windows and they said they would bring our food to us. After waiting for 25 plus minutes a guy comes out and asks if we are waiting for something. So I told him we are waiting for our whole meal. But after he had no words to say I said we would just like our money back. He said really. ? So my wife & I followed him in and he told his manager we wanted our money back. She then asked us what we ordered so we told her then she just proceeded to the til and cashed our money out. She then walked back to my wife and handed her the money and turned to walk away. So my wife asked her if there was an apology since we had a hungry son in the car and not many places to eat at 1 in the morning when you need to take a break. Read moreAfter leaving the hospital with my wife we stopped here. The drive through girl was very rude. She advised a grilled chicken sandwich would be inconvenient, so I changed my order. She said they were out of large onion rings so she had to sell me 2 smalls. Her tone during this was unbelievably rude, no thanks, nothing. At the window the soda she gave me had coke spilled all over the outside of the cup, and got all over our car. She had us pull forward and was upset it took so long to pull forward ( I was cleaning the spilled soda first) when she brought the food to the car she shoved it roughly in the window and said "your welcome!" Loud and annoyed when I didn't thank her immediately. Happened last night around 2 a.m. and we saved the receipt because we are contacting their corporate office. I have NEVER seen this behavior out of a restaurant employee in my life, we were floored. We will never eat at this location again and recommend you don't either. Read moreWhen I visited the Burger King at 1605 10th Ave, it was obvious that something stressful was going on. As I was placing my order, the computer system started going crazy and then all the screens went completely blank. The manager in charge, Chentel, was very professional and greeted each customer as they walked in. She remained calm, continued taking orders, and made things work while basically having to complete things like they use to before computers. Even through this stressful and chaotic time, she kept a smile on her face, made sure that the customers were served in a timely fashion, and were satisfied with the service they received. Chentel apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to express her best wishes for a better day to everyone as they left. I plan on returning very soon.
