Wendy's — Restaurant in Great Falls

The preface to this is that among other things, I do DoorDash. These guys suck with their delivery orders - long waits, make you fill the drinks (which violates health code, and their contract with the third party apps), will throw a fit about even properly packaging orders, and so on. I now avoid them no matter what for deliveries. Their food, though, was fine until last night.

My mother is visiting my son, her grandson, for the first time, from out of state. Wendy's is our preferred burger. We order a baconator and some other double. No tomatoes on anything, extra pickles on her burger. We ordered two burgers.

Somehow, we get THREE burgers, but one the smaller ones has like maybe a half strip of bacon on it. Extra pickles is two and one on those two burgers - a paltry amount for extra. What's meant to be the baconator comes with no bacon and a tomato on it - the burger doesn't even come with tomatoes. We should have taken pictures, but it was honestly beyond ridiculous. The fries and frosty were fine, but easily the single most saddest experience we've had at any Wendy's, and it has made me rethink my patronage altogether. We have already complained to corporate, but I figured I might as well share this here too, since this restaurant needs to get it together...

Huge shoutout to the one and only Wendy’s in great falls and if there were more locations that’d be great but they better take example from these guys first because the whole night crew of 11/9 about 6:40-7:20pm absolutely kick buns!!(to be polite) These guy/gals rock! and definitely deserve a raise, I always come back the deals and food are great and one thing but the main thing is the service I receive I literally never have any problems here but rather they always take care of me even when I dropped a drink or whatever it was they were quick to replace it for me and are just awesome people in general and they always Are busy but people have some patience I watch them and when they are all in the grove they work their butts off and are in actuality all going pretty fast paced in the process and you have to give time for your food to cook all the way lol if anything I don’t mind an extra minute or two wait because you know your getting it hot and fresh! I’ll always take that deal, and this Wendy’s crazy to say tops a lot of the other fast food restaurants around town in my opinion! Thanks cya soon take...

Food was pretty good. About what you expect for arm out window. However, like most places in Great Falls, staff is mediocre at best. Woman who took our order was very soft spoken and did a poor job of acknowledging that we were ordering. At one point we stopped speaking because we thought she was no longer there. She instructed us to the second window, which we thought was odd so we stopped at the first window for a minute or so just in case. After no one came we assumed we were good to head to the second window. Well, we were wrong, the employee at the window explained to us that we need to always go to the first window to pay. After explaining what happened he proceeded to tell us to always stop at the first window. WHAT A JOKE!
