EggRoll Restaurant Plus Food Truck — Restaurant in Green Bay

4/22 7:35pm - arrived for a pickup order. No employee(s) were at the bar. I waited there 5 min. Man came out and I asked for my order - we are 2 min past my pickup time at this point, which is not an issue. Man tells me he will go grab it. He goes in the back and does not come back out for 8 min. When he comes out he goes directly to the computer/order system and starts typing. No mention of my order/no acknowledgment of me at all so I ask, “do you have an eta on the order?” Without looking up at me he says “7-10”. That would make the order nearly 20 min late, not to mention how rude and dismissive this employee was. I just said forget it, can get egg rolls elsewhere and be treated nicer. The employees are typically very kind here, sad to see...

tuna poke bowl 5 out of 5 raw tuna with proper seasoning over rice with lime cant go wrong personally one of my favorites at this place

thai taco 3 out of 5 a asian twist that sorta worked, store bought tortilla, mainated meat topped with cabbage slaw. i feel its over priced for its quility

Eggrolls 1 out of 5 for a place called Egg roll restaruant i would hope for really good eggrolls.. wrap was crispy other then that filling was just slimey like stir fried cabbage with a pinch of 70/30 ground beef

Pho 4 out of 5 Broth was good, loaded with meats and veggies, good seasoning options like chilli oil on the side

store front looks very out dated time to spuce it up...

The food was amazing the Korean Stir Fry Beef had lots of meat and kimchi in it the rice was cooked perfectly and the lettuce salad that was included was stellar. I wish they would put their Kimchi as an additional side because it was that good. it had a great flavor and a touch of spiciness to it and honestly that's some of the best Kimchi I've had in years. The Egg Roll is pretty big and there's a lot of flavor and pork in there (I ordered the pork Egg Roll ) I will DEFINITELY recommend it to any of my friends and family and order from them again in the future. you can taste the love and care they put into the food and the portions of food are big.....
