First time dining at this restaurant. It was a good experience. A little awkward at the beginning as we weren’t sure if we should just pick a table or if we were going to be seated and given menus. Turns out you order at the register & pay first. You’re then given a table number to take with you to a table of your choosing. Water is complimentary and self-serve.
Food was good. I got the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried rice while my husband got the Ox Tail Pho. We also ordered some appetizers - Crab Rangoon and Salt & Pepper Shrimp. Everything came out at once. Portions were very good. My husband finished his Pho but I didn’t finish my dish as it was more than I had expected.
This was my first time seeing sweet corn in fried rice, but it was very good. I will have add some to my own recipe in the future. The chicken was very sweet with just a hint of sourness, but I have a sweet tooth so it definitely did not disappoint. The crab rangoon were stuffed and so good! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and crispy. I usually peel the shell before I eat shrimp but found that the shell had a good crunch so I didn’t have to peel the shrimp.
The only cons for us were:
Oh! I almost forgot about the boba tea! I ordered watermelon with the traditional black tapioca pearls. It was delicious with the right amount of sweetness!
Definitely will come...
Read moreStopped in for phó on Sunday afternoon. You walk up and out your order in then find an open table. The place’s wasn’t full but it wasn’t empty either. Most of the patrons were Asians which is an indicator that the food is authentic.
I ordered the Beef Pho, which is one of my favorites and also so I can compare it to other pho restaurants in the area. My daughter got Mama’s Ramen Noodle.
The soup base of my pho was spot on, not too salty or too sweet. That’s usually the problem at most pho restaurants. They got it right on this day. Noodles were over cooked and this too soft for me. The sliced beef was the right thinness however it was sliced with the grain instead of against and that made them chewy. Not good. Overall the Beef Pho tasted great because of the soup base but I couldn’t totally enjoy it due to the failure of proper preparation of the key ingredients.
Mama’s Ramen was nothing more than two packs of Mama’s Ramen that could be gotten from the Asian market. My daughter was not impressed and couldn’t finish her bowl.

Read moreIf you’re used to good Japanese ramen , let me say that this is not the place to go.
Since this place was one of the only places that had “ramen” in their menu, I was so excited to try. I was wrong.
Their ramen tasted very “pho” and nothing like japanese ramen. They should call it “pho” with cheap ramen noodles in it. Lol The pork was pretty good. I also ordered fried rice just in case I didn’t like the ramen and the rice was very oily even for fried rice and was flavorless.
It makes me sad that this is the “best” ramen in Green Bay according to some of the reviewers here as I can make better ramen with “shin ramen” sold at a walmart than this with some ground beef and eggs in it.
It also makes me miss some good Japanese ramen restaurants like Tamashi and Jinya…
I guess this is what happens when you leave a big city to a city like Green Bay.
Despite the fact the ramen shouldn’t be called as ramen, I think it’s a ok Vietnamese restaurant if you like everything flavorless and lots...
