Kavarna Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Green Bay

Tried to give this place a solid 4 tries. Terrible staff, extremely slow and rude to other people who come in such as the door dashers. I was in there and their little Door Dash tablet went off letting them know there was an order and for at least 7 minutes after proceeded to talk to the other girl worker about some nonsense on their phones. The dasher came in asking for the order they didn't even know they had because they weren't paying attention. They were rude and said we don't have a door Dash order and then when she checked the tablet lied to the dasher and said they just got it in. He said he had been on the way for the past 10 min and dashers are not sent an order to pickup until the store has confirmed the order in the system. Which is true because I also Door Dash. He proceeded to say this is the 3rd time you guys have done this lied about the order because you weren't paying attention to your orders coming in. It's sad that teens these days have no respect for customer service, work ethic, or common sense. I will not be coming here and definitely will tell the community about the horrible service here. Could be so much better than what it is

Most times I’ve visited I was treated with bad service but today was my final visit.

I like the vegetarian selection. The menu lacks fresher food options like smoothies (the barista said all smoothies were made from concentrate). The environment is unbeatable in Green Bay.

SOME of the staff has let me down many times. They don’t seem very present, aware, or enthusiastic about their job.

For the owners: Between no enthusiasm from the girl who took my order and eventually having to ask to take my food to leave (after waiting 40 minutes), a few things set me off. The girl who took our order handed me food over the counter that we didn’t order. When I brought the food to the counter three employees stood there and avoided eye contact and ignored me. Eventually the lady who ordered the soup came and got it and none of the staff offered her a new one after it had been brought to our table. If you want to present yourself as a hip restaurant/cafe, get better staff or train your employees to know what’s going on and be friendly...

My experiance with the Kavarna is very distasteful. I sometimes would come in to work on my college classwork. While I had been in there sitting I have noticed several things.

First the staff is openly vocal when the customer least realizes it. From what I could see they would bad mouth customers who annoyed them after they had left when going to take out the trash etc. They are talking like this as they walk past other customers who CAN hear them.

Second on the lower and mid levels of kavarna while doing homework I have noticed cockroaches climbing around on tables. Wheather or not they are throughout the entire building I would rather not know. However my guess is that they are. For that reason I am grossed out and I will not buy anything foodwise from them because I have no idea if it is safe to eat.

Overall I do like the atmosohere of kavarna however there is simply too many issues from staff to health concerns. I would not recommend kavarna as a place to eat due to that. Also due to those same reasons I will no longer be coming to...
