Food is sub-par at best, definitely not worth the $10 they make you pay for a meal. I went in a couple minutes before 4:00 after class with the intentions of getting a $5 lunch, there was a couple girls in front of me ordering so it took a little longer for me to order, however I should've been able to order right away seeing as there was 3 employees standing behind the desk talking but only one was taking orders. Anyways, the girls in front of me finished their order and went and sat down, the cashier did not greet me or smile and he was talking to the other employees as if I wasn't standing right there ready to order. I started my order and asked for the $5 lunch, Brandon W (as it says on the receipt) cut me off and said 'sorry it just ended', I look down at my phone and it is exactly 4:00...really!? So I decide to order a meal, even though I should've just walked out then and there. Brandon doesn't even look at me the whole time he just looks around me and at the other employees the entire time I'm ordering, I wasn't even sure he was taking my order until I saw the total come up on the register. I wanted my order to go because I one, was there by myself and two, wanted to do my homework while I ate. However, he didn't even ask and pulled out a tray and a bowl of salad right away, so I asked him if I could have it to go, he said "do you want it to go?" I said "yes if thats okay" he said "okay, that will be $10." He then shoved the change and receipt to me, didn't ask me about how many breadsticks I wanted, or that I could sit down while I waited for my food. Very unprofessional, recommend some customer...

Eating here is like eating and drinking water from the Dead Sea. I think this franchise is trying to tell us customers to never return, judging from the tons of sodium overload they put in all the dishes!!!! This is WORSE than eating MSG at a Chinese buffet!! We ordered 7 entrees consisting of Buffalo and Parmesan wings, whole pizza, Spicy Baked Chicken Ziti (frozen in a box wouldʼve tasted miles better), Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, and had the unlimited garlic breadsticks. Even the sodium in the garlic bread will scorch your tongue raw. Every bite is literally a tablespoon of sea salt, so we basically dined in on bowls of salt. My stomach started hurting immediately after just a few wings and a couple of garlic bread sticks, with a headache coming on. Even the kids complained about how salty everything was and we usually love savory food! Every freaking dish was so salty we raced to get soda refills, which didn't help much. It is truly unfortunate.....We will never, ever eat here again!!! This hell of a company wants all of us to have high blood pressure or some kind of health issue. Maybe it’s for those with a loss of taste-- even the absurd amount of salt will easily jolt any non-working taste buds awake! I can’t believe this franchise is still in business! Good luck to all of you eating here. I just took a huge swig of Pepto and we are going to immediately detox all this ridiculous sodium out!
Highly do not...
Read moreWent here yesterday for dinner. I've had Fazoli's in the past (it's been like 10 years though) and I used to really like it. The pasta used to be decent for the price and there were always hot bread sticks! This however was not my experience. I ordered the chicken parm combo. It ended up costing like $10. A little pricey for fast food but I thought that I would be getting a good quality dish. The food comes out and I'm surprised. I take one bite of the chicken and I'm immediately dissappointed. It's not even real chicken. It's one of those chicken circles that they serve at a high school cafeteria. The sauce was tasteless. I got a salad to go with it and the lettuce was all wilted. I ended up taking that back and getting the pizza instead as my side. The pizza was even worse. It tasted like they bought it at the local gas station last week and just heated it up in the microwave (barely, as it was still cold). The spaghetti under the chicken parm was bland. The bread sticks were hot but greasy and not at all as how I remembered them. And when I went to go get more, there was not a person in site to get them. Overall, this meal was incredibly disappointing, not worth the price, and old. I would not go here ever again. I used to have fond memories of reasonably priced Italian food, but I guess that kind of food doesn't...
