WG&R Sleep Shop — Local services in Green Bay

In the world we live in today, you can get anything online. Why do we shop at places like this? For the service and knowledge WGNR supposedly has. And that same reason I listed I will never go back! Bad communication with customers, not returning phone calls, pointing blame on products they sold me. I purchased a Sealy mattress about 2 years ago. Called after first year about the sagging. No return call. Year 2 went through the warranty process and got denied. Finally got someone to accept the warranty claim and got in store credit. Went back in to purchase another mattress and the salesman Gil probably was a very knowledgeable guy in his prime. I think he only sees numbers and does not communicate on what is actually being purchased. The management does a pretty good job of protecting the store and employees and has no care on customers. Again without service tgere us no reason to purchase...

Worst mattress I have purchase. $2,700 retail Simmons Beautyrest. Inspection guys came and took measurements said it was defective and turned mattress trying for us again to easy the pain we had from sleeping on it.I am 170 pounds and my wife is a lot lighter than me and the mattress has a significate W shape. One of the sale people at the store said we need to sleep in the middle because that is what they had to do to get the lump to come down.

WG+R said we had to deal with Simmons(SSB), Simmons had several excuses and said we had to work with WG+R. Simmons even suggested we take an in store credit for a new mattress upon the OK from WG+R which we agreed to. After waiting over a week for a return call we called them back and they again said the claim was denied.

I am very disappointed in both companies. We are planning on taking both companies to court and hopes that they don't do this to...

Don’t buy it! I have had my WG&R mattress a little over a year, and am waking up with a horrible backache. I believe it is from the sag that has developed in my mattress in only a years time. My old mattress from serta lasted me almost 20 years. This WG&R mattress is so worn after about 13 months that I have flipped it over, and am going to try sleeping on the side that is not supposed to be slept on. I am glad I kept my old serta and put it in my spare room. I will probably swap mattresses this next weekend. I can not function with this constant back pain. Btw, I weigh less than 200 pounds.
