Little Caesars — Restaurant in Green Bay

This is the second time I’ve come to this location when it was supposed to be open and it’s closed. I know they have problems hiring and keep it employees but to not even have somebody to open it up when it’s supposed to open that’s just really sad. G, I oh, so now we’re here. I’m finishing my review for you guys for not being open again. I get it. It’s not you. I got I know this is the second time I’ll come and open so the only sign I saw was close there said drive-through open the front is open what you got ready OK how many so no chicken or anything like that huh? I’ve given this place multiple chances thinking “well maybe they’re having a bad day” but the customer service there is just getting ridiculous. You can’t EVER order online because they have it shut off, so I had to call in my order, which normally would be fine but it was minutes before anyone even answered and then whoever answered the phone was ridiculously rude and sounded annoyed that I was calling them. THATS WHAT YOURE THERE FOR! “Is that it” and then tells me it’ll be 20 minutes…which is EXACTLY WHY I called to order, so I didn’t have to sit there for 20 minutes waiting for something that is definitely not “hot n ready” and the real kicker here is when he told me that I said “thank you” and he just HUNG UP THE PHONE. Was a customer in the drive thru early evening on 12/31/24. Waited in drive thru for 20 mins to have order taken, ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, and was told about 7 minute wait. I then waited an additional 23 mins before knocking on window to be rudely told "you are not the only customer waiting on food" and have her shut windows and walk away. Finally, a gentleman whom I presumed the mgr did provide two luke warm pizzas and an attempt on apology for the delay. Which in itself would not have been a huge problem if it had been communicated nicely, but the callous hyper agitated response of "ma'am you are not the only customer waitinf for food" was over the top rude. Won't be back as this makes two visits to this location where they cannot seem to pull their act together. Then again, what can you expect for $5.99...
