SaBaiDee Cafe — Restaurant in Green Bay

First time visit....just moved to Green Bay 2 months ago and I was hoping to find a restaurant that offered Pho nearly as good as what I experienced in Milwaukee....found it! The Ox Tail broth was outstanding....all ingredients were fresh and tasty...can't wait to return to this gem of a restaurant...

This is an addendum to my earlier post Visited this wonderful restaurant 3 more times in the last 2 months...as always, ordered the Pho. Love it....what makes it so tasty is the oxtail broth...my suggestion? Once you add the noodles and the other great ingredients, the amount of broth that comes with a carry out order is quickly absorbed...adding an additional amount..maybe 1 cup would make a huge difference. To me, Pho is all about the broth....

This is addendum to my last addendum...I recently made a suggestion to the owner about improving the already outstanding Pho.I picked up another order last night and lo and behold , she found a solution to my suggestion....how do not love a restaurant where the owner not only responds to your review, but goes out her way to respond to your suggestions. This restaurant DESERVES...

Very unassuming restaurant that looks like a shack from the outside, but don't be fooled! Food and service were good! We stumbled in an hour before close and the place was empty. A little worried, we ordered at the counter, grabbed a table, and within 5-10 minutes, water as well as food was delivered to our table all around the same time for our party of 6. Beef pho was a very generous portion and surprisingly good with delicious broth, perfectly prepared noodles, and the oxtail and beef ribs we added were cooked to perfect tenderness. Papaya salad says lao style but imo it was prepared thai style which I prefer and it was very refreshing and flavorful. Beef laab was also tasty. Fried rice was also pretty good. Eggrolls, pad thai, pad see ew, and curry noodle soup our companions ordered looked good, too. Will be coming back when we're in...

We found this cute little gem while in GB. So happy we found it. Place your orders at the counter, pay, then seat yourself. Nice set up.

Service was friendly and super fast. We placed our orders, washed our hands and when we sat down at our table they brought out our water and food. We had almost zero weight time!

Pho was delicious and fresh. A little on the sweet side. Curry was also a little sweet. For those of you who like more savvy vs sweet. Generous serving with meat and noodles.

Eggroll were good! Meat to veg and noodle ratio was good. Most places there is barely any meat, these Eggroll are thin but the ratio of meat to filling is perfect!

Beef larb was good! Authentic Hmong larb. Pleasant surprise.
