Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Green Bay

Ordered 1 pizza and Bread sticks the other day at 5:45pm they never delivered the food or answered the telephone so we gave up around 9pm (lol wow that’s a first). They next day around 4pm I figured I better just physically go to Pizza Hut myself because I knew they weren’t coming to me.

The women I walked passed out front smoking a cigarette turned out to be the manager, as I waitied for her to come in I told another gal about why I was there and she seemed not surprised about my bad experience. A lot of useless conversation happened at this point as we wait for the manager..then she comes in from outside I give her the schpeal and then explains that she is the new manager only there 4 years....And she needs to call for help to reimburse me...like, 4 years and you can give me back $28? So Another 15min wait big deal at this point, as I’m sitting there I’m trying to hint to the workers they should be making my order (they don’t), so then the other manager comes blah blah blah she puts the money back onto the card. I told her well I hope they are making my order, she then goes to check and shocker they haven’t started it. Ok so it’s almost 4:45 and I’m now up from the seat I was seating in super antsy and ready to leave...still waiting for my food I keep over hearing how bad the night before was and how other people didn’t get their food delivered either...ok so now the gal brings out my pizza and starts offering me free garlic sauce or a soda (oooo big wow), I tell her I just really want to leave this place and I ran out of there with a passion.

Knowing how badly they treat their customers I surely don’t trust their food quality at this point..so the pizza and breadsticks went in the trash and I’ve deleted the Pizza Hut app. That was the worst thing ever!!! I can’t belive that store is in business!! Like wow guys!...

I tried to call to order pizza on a Wednesday at 7:00 at night. I was in the area so I called ahead only to have my order partially taken by two different people with horrible service skills on the telephone. I walked in and showed them my phone of 9:00 minutes plus holding on the phone. I could have had my pizza half done already. Then, while waiting for my order I witnessed three things that were a first for me. A couple of heavy people came in and a gal form the kitchen came out and asked "Are you here for the buffet?" They responded yes and she proceeds to tel them it is closed and the stuff out there would be all that they would get. Her tone was rude as well. Then, they sent a "new" employee out to clean up the buffet right when these people sit down next to a few full trays of pizza being taken form their sights. The "new" employee came out of the kitchen after trip one with pizza in his mouth. Chomping away and I find that to be unprofessional, rude, and actually disgusting. Chewing mouth open in front of customers waiting for their food is never a proper behavior for any restaurant personnel. I will also be clalign to file a complaint and will not go back...

First it's probably been a few weeks since we ordered a pickup from here. My wife went in to get our order and was told by the only server seen she'd be right with my wife shortly. She watched as the server went from table to table to table checking on them. My wife is still standing there and it's been several minutes. My wife got to angry she walked out to the car to tell me what was going on. She went back in and FINALLY after a few more minutes the server got to her. My wife was ticked at this point and asked for a manager. She was told the server was the only one there and after disappearing to the back came out with our order. We get home and the Pizza is under cooked. After the experience we saw no reason in calling back. We get it many places are hiring but why couldn't a delivery driver or someone come up front and help. We put all of this in a survey and not 1 bit of feedback from the company, or district. I get it we're just one customer, but plan when you go to this Pizza Hut. If it appears low staffed go elsewhere for better service. If you want Pizza Hut I would recommend the Taylor St store over this location for...
