Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Green Bay

The customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! I normally never have a problem with this place, but yesterday I tried placing an order online and their site wasn't working. So I thought I would try again today, still didn't work. We decided to call instead, we accidentally called the wrong location and had no way to get to that location. When we arrived at this location we figured out our mistake and decided to just order again here. Our cashier, I think his name was Shawn was extremely rude to us when we found out we ordered from the wrong place then when we got our order it was wrong. We went into the store to tell them that our half and half pizza was wrong as well as our crustless pizza. They put cheese on the crustless pizza for us but argued with us saying that we ordered it wrong. They told us we were "sos" on our half and half pizza and claimed the best they could do was give us a cup of sauce. Shawn told us " there was starving people in the world and the other location was going to have to throw away our weird pizza, so we shouldn't waste more food". I completely understand that they wouldn't want to make another pizza , and was completely willing to pay for a new one. But I am not giving another penny to that location after how they treated us. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! I recommend you find a better establishment that treats their customers...

Tonight was an absolute nightmare. I understand things were busy due to it being Halloween but the manager and young man wrapping pizzas were condescending, rude and about as unprofessional as they could be. I ordered on-line at 3:18pm and my food was supposed to be ready at 3:50pm. I get there and the place is packed and I'm told they are running behind. No big deal. I waited and watched them bump people they know to the front, people that ordered after me got their pizzas and when I tried to talk to the manager at 4:45pm, he was so rude, he's lucky to not have ended up on floor. They obviously lost the ticket for one of my pizzas as two were done and one was missing. When I tried to explain that to him, he got belligerent all while telling me not to be rude and that they did nothing wrong. All he had to do was apologize and get me my last pizza on the fly and I would have been fine. But he talked down to me, interrupted me and (as said) was plain rude. Someone is going to lay his arrogant pompous little butt out some day. I want to complement the rest of the crew, they were doing their best under the circumstances, except the young man wrapping and handing out pizzas, he was rude and snarky too. I'll just be taking my business to a different location after this. It's a shame, since this location is only a mile...

The first time I came I found out this location raised the price of the "Faves" to $8 or the price of a regular pizza with a coupon.

The second visit they wouldn't take a valid coupon because they don't participate in any coupons other than those received when you buy a pizza. What? You don't take coupons?

The third visit just this past week involved the website not working to get the $2 for online ordering. I found a coupon and went into the store to be told again they wouldn't accept it. When I explained my online ordering issue, they said I should've used the app because the website doesn't work. How is this my fault? The employee refused to just give my $2 off at my request. I'm glad you value your $2 more than...
