Dunkin' — Restaurant in Green Township

Waited in a long line (usually this Dunkin line is always long no biggie) but then yet again was given the wrong drink. Happens almost EVERYTIME im here always on the weekends. So I parked go back in tell this chick with green hair at the cash register that my macchiato taste like milk it wasn't made right and she tells me there to busy to remake it. Then says i will have to wait for them to remake it because they are busy all with a attitude......Literally shocked at the response I received and now about to lose my shit I tell her someone is going to fix it and make what I ordered and what i paid for I've already waited. Then a smaller girl with short hair walks up and says I got the wrong drink anyway starts to remake it then tells someone next to her to finish my drink and she tells her she will have to wait. 😳 im thinking if shes the manager and someone just told her to wait she would be GONE so would the girl with the green hair. There customer service skills sucks. I understand your busy probably overwhelmed but speaking to customers the way they did all with a attitude is ridiculous. Only two people inside when I arrived to get six donuts. Plenty of workers making drinks, etc, but no one waiting on counter. After several minutes of waiting, someone came up from back and did offer to help. I got my donuts, but by now the lobby had 10+ people waiting. I went to move my car and leave, but the drive up line was out to the street and no one would let me back up! I finally got out of my car and asked a person in drive up line to let me out. He was hesitant to do it but finally agreed. I have been by several times since and the line can be out onto Harrison Ave. Not sure how this can be improved, but they will lose customers if...

I was never into Dunkin before this location opened because everything I got at other locations was always meh. I started going here the second it opened and never stopped.
