Panda Express — Restaurant in Green Township

Went through the drive through to ordered my food. Everything was good up until I got my food. The lady at the window walked away and I sat there for almost 10 minutes, beeping my horn, trying to get their attention for sauces. While waiting and beeping two people noticed me, but didn’t help. I ended up driving back around to the speaker. I’m sure after 10 minutes of being ignored I wasn’t the happiest, cheery person first time around. The lady laid into me with attitude. Then handed me a bag of sauces and wished me to choke on them. I’m sure when I asked for sauces it wasn’t the best tone! However, I never said anything other than, “can I get some extra sauces!” I don’t feel like I deserved to be told to choke in the sauces. What’s even more sad, is this was a manager!! I will never order from...

We went through the drive-thru for the first time around 9:00 pm. I realized it was just 30 minutes before closing, but over half the items on the menu weren't available. Still was satisfied with the choices I had. Didn't wait long for food. Took it home and was a little disappointed. I'm guessing they were rationing what was left, but the bulk of my meal was mostly rice and very little entree. All on all, i was very disappointed in this experience. My daughter's meal was the same way. There is another Panda Express much closer, but wanted to take advantage of the drive thru and wanted to check out the new location. The one closer to my house does a much better job, food isn't skimpy, etc. I guess I'll stick with...

For a parking lot that was barely populated and a drive through that just had a single car ahead of me, I wouldn’t have expected 30 min from when I got there to the time I got my food. I can only guess the car in front of me was waiting in the same way for 10 min, then once I was next I sat for maybe 5 minutes before I was addressed and then another 5 to order. After paying I was asked to pull up and wait 7 minutes for one of my aides to finish cooking, which I do understand happens…another 10 minutes and I was brought my food.

Unless the staff is severely undermanned it is ridiculous that it took this long from start to finish when they had so few...
