This is the worst McDonalds I have been to in while. They have horrible customer service and their employees are all just as rude as can be. They have snippy attitudes and act like they dont want to do their job. If they did it right the first time then we wouldn't have to complain and have you fix it. Then if you complain about something being wrong they give you a bigger attitude. Every time I go to this one the order is always wrong. I just paid $.40 for extra caramel on my frapper and all they did was squirt a little on top, which is what it normally has to begin with. So, we asked for a side of caramel sauce and she fave the dirtiest look and sigh like we were being a pain and asking for too much. Then they forgot our drink so we were sitting there waiting she looked at us and in a rude tone said what are you waiting for. I'm sorry but your job isn't that hard to where you have to be so rude and incompetent. I will definitely not be coming back to this Mcdonalds even though it is the closest one. I would rather drive the extra few miles than deal with rude attitudes and lack of...
Read moreThis manager was rude and disrespectful not only to me but to her employees. Ask me what I wanted and then ignored my answer multiple times. Had a blank and disregard and speech and behavior towards employees and then proceeded to blame me for the issues in my order or the issues with the mobile app. There is only one manager at this location that I have an issue with or have ever had an issue with. Service is usually a five-star or above except when this manager works and this manager has refused to give out her name every time I have asked. I've been apologized to by the assistant managers which is not their job and should not have ever happened for her behavior. I would love to report her to corporate however I have still not gotten her name no matter how many times I have asked her for her name. She is completely aware of what she's doing because she has made the obvious choice not to give out her name she knows she will get in trouble when I report her to corporate if you know then you know this woman needs a lesson in customer service and to respect her employees...
Read morePulled into the shopping center on the corner of Hypoluxo and Military when I saw an older lady crying in a wheelchair on the far side of the parking lot. I asked her what was wrong, she said she was in a lot of pain, needed to go to the hospital and was told at the McDonald's that they were out of water and she needed to leave. It was apparent that she is homeless as her wheelchair was packed with her belongings. I offered to get her, whatever she wanted as she explained her situation and that she was in a lot of pain and needed to go to the hospital but was afraid of losing her belongings. The only thing she asked of me, was some milk to ease her pain. She was in too much pain to eat. So I bought milk. I helped her through her tears and was enraged.at the treatment she received at this McDonald's. Show some kindness. Give a cup of water to someone in need. Believe it or not, some of your "valued customers" might think more of you and your company if you put kindness and compassion ahead of profits. I used to go a few times a week to treat my kid, but...
