Smoothie King — Restaurant in Greenacres

I visited Smothie King on Jog and Greenacres on Thursday of last week , Melissa was working , she had very poor customer service acting very nonchalant, I asked her to make my smoothie thick in which it was not, the smoothie was good but not good to my satisfaction. I returned on Sunday attempting to use a coupon of what you had to download on your phone, I wasn’t sure of how and asked her and again very nonchalant and not willing to help. She’s very argumentative and disrespectful. I asked the young man to proceed to take care of me and he did with no problem. His name was Nick , very nice youngman . The people that work here are incompetent, rude, incapable and inattentive. They have a new set of teenagers working every month or so and they are always on their phones, chatting with each other and taking their sweet time.

Have had smoothies made wrong which they subsequently refused to remake, have waited 10+ minutes just to order, and the cups are always sticky and covered in run-over from pouring the smoothie.

This place was great about a year ago but has slowly gone bad and is at the point now where I drive out of my way to go to the one on southern just to avoid...

The place is alright nothing bad about it. I’ve been here multiple times to get an açaí bowl but its always melted. I had asked before and they didn’t really explain it pretty good. One night I went at night instead of day and asked again and they said afternoon shift doesn’t know how to make an açaí bowl. I’ve asked if I could get a fresh batch d nothing was done except them trying to explain they use more water. Out of 4 times I’ve been here 1 açaí bowl is good.
