Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Greeneville

UNPROFESSIONSL, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT! Went yesterday around 3:45pm to get 6 pizzas. Walked in and was not greeted. There were 4 people standing by front counter. One was counting her money down so that I get. The manager Brian and two other girls went into a corner in the front full view of front counter and started flirting. No one helped us. Several people including this group and people from kitchen looked at us. We stood there talking about this horrible service and how as apparently no one wants to help us. They all could here us. I said excuse me a few times. It took over 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. I timed it. The girl that was counting her drawer finally looked over to this unprofessional group of 3 and said they need to be helped. That's when Brian called someone from the back to help us and then he continued on to his flirting. This was ridiculous since we were the only ones inside, 4 people had been served in drive thru before they even acknowledged us. When we went to leave they were all laughing at us very loudly. At this point we asked for the managers name. They tried to give us a woman from the kitchen's name. We demanded for the manager that insisted flirting with his staff was more important than the customers standing in your lobby. I will be calling corporate! Enjoying yourself at work is always a good thing but when it compromises the quality of service you get, it might be a little too much fun. We sat at the drive thru window as several young workers were running back and forth squeeling and screaming and playing. Not one of them even acknowledged we were sitting there waiting for service. Finally a young girl came to the window and said what can i get you? My husband told her he wanted a most bestest pizza and was cut off by the young lady giving the price as if he were done ordering. He said, hang on im not finished with my order. He said i would like an order of crazy bread and was cut off once again by the young lady with the price. He politely said im not finished with my order yet. He was trying to ask her about the cookie dough and the young lady never did answer his question. She just said ok m&m cookie dough and gave the price again rudely. He was going to order some chicken wings as well but with all of the rudeness he just decided not to order anything else. Management might want to be a chaperone late at night if this is a common occurence at this location. Very disappointed with...

Food was prepared well because the only staff working hard in there was in the back cooking while everyone else was talking and hanging out and dancing around the dining room. Went through the drive through, ordered a thin crust emb and pep cheese puffs with a side of crazy sauce. Simple order but still had to repeat myself 3 times. Had to make the order fresh which is fine by me. She gave me a buzzer to wait for the food to come out and said it would be ready in 15 min, 25 minutes later with no buzzer action I pull back through the drive through and magically my order is waiting. Got my pizza and puffs and started to roll out, they forgot my sauce. Went inside, mind you the dining room was empty of patrons as well as the drive through, and stood there for a couple minutes while they finished all their conversations and messing around until I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was working.
