Arby's — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

Turning out to be the worst Arby's in the United States. Stopped in to get their premium signature sandwich. Girlfriend sandwiches great mine was nothing but fat and gristle. I have a whole handful of fan gristle I couldn't eat and swallow. Unless you want to swallow a bunch of veins and gristle. Went up and talked to the manager. She said whatever comes in we have to sell to the customer. I said but look at all this fat. She said we'll hopefully next time things will be better. She did absolutely nothing to accommodate the bad food that they sold. I have the oppressor several times just to get the phone number to the manager that's in charge of the restaurant itself. She didn't want to give me the information other than to tell me I'm sorry hopefully next time things will be better for you.

Had the Chicken Cheddar Ranch Was ok old cold and very hard to eat. This was very far from fresh. The best thing I had was the jamocha shake. We're both not fans for old food We went inside hoping to get fresh hot made food not the drive thru garbage.

Hours on Google not correct. Literally went last Saturday, there 30 mins before close time posted...already closed. Called number given on site, get shrill sound like fax. Drove AGAIN FOR 25 mins from outside Lancaster, on Tues, went at 9:50pm, close posted 11pm, but already closed. Again, same tone on phone. Not going back. No longer an option. Update your information and correct the phone number. **After getting generic answer(below) from owner/corporate on review, I WILL DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM: "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, based on the mis-information on the website for the Lancaster store. At this time, the Lancaster LOCATION IS ONLY OPEN 10AM-9:00PM, M-F. THERE IS DRIVE THRU ONLY. The modified hours are posted in the very dark (after close) drive thru window in very small print, as well as the very dark entrance (after close) that is never used due to the dining room being closed. If you call the number on the site for the Lancaster restaurant...and you get a shrill sound/tone, that means they are closed. Otherwise, during the modified business hours, you will reach a Lancaster Arby's...

Waited 20 min in the drive threw ordered 929pm and got my food 949pm. With only one car in front and one school bus in the parking lot lady at the window left the mic on talking to another team member and said they are “ fresh but not that fresh” I ask what she was talking about she said the mozzarella sticks and yes she was right they were old and dryer out all three sandwiches were wrong and cold the curly fries were only half full and the loaded fries were cold as well. And not to talk about the worst of all I got a regular coke to drink and they gave me diet so could not even wash down the horrible food. Customer service sucked as well lady at the window never asked if I would like sauce and handed me the bag and shut the window after I asked her for sauce with an attitude no thank you one again no have a good day.
