Inside customer service was fabulous, and the majority of my food was delicious as always!.. However.... My past experience was kinda horrible!!!
I absolutely LOVE coming to get Cristy's Pizza!!! I don't live in town. But when I come, I always bring food from here home. However this past time was not so good! I love BLACK olives, however I was given GREEN olives for one of my orders instead. Horrible difference!!!!! I called in to explain... Not because I wanted a refund, I just wanted you to notice the correct items so you don't cause yourselves a problem in the future! However the manager said because I ordered from inside without my customer code they couldn't track anything or even acknowledge what I ordered. I told them I had a picture of my receipt of what I ordered, physically onto of the wrong food they gave me. Again I wasn't asking for anything back! And I was still told, sorry well because you walked in we can't help you! I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY!! I just DON'T want to do YOUR JOB! and then have to check all of my $80+ worth of food to see IF! you actually did your job correctly!! Sorry not sorry!! I tried to call and talk to you,(store manager) but you told me I wasn't calling from the number that I was infact was calling you from!! And because I walked in and paid cash, you can't find my order! However I have my picture saved with my receipt of what I ordered on the wrong food that I received! Unfortunately your site won't let me post that. Lucky you...bSo when I come back into town in a month or so and spend another $100, I definitely will be double checking everything, and if it's wrong, you guys can thank yourselves for making me a Karen! I will always come back for your pizza. But I will also, always leave with what I ordered!!

Read moreConsistently inconsistent! We order regularly, and regularly they can't seem to get it right. Always order a well done pie with light sauce. Usually only with certain items on half. They can't even get this right about a third of the time. We spend at least $30 each time we order. WE ARE DONE! If you like doughy pizza then this is the one for you. Swimming in sauce and soggy crust is not what we order yet this is what we get. Attention to detail is key with any customer service based business. At this point I'm really surprised that they haven't closed the doors and filed for unemployment. I can't count how many free pizzas they have given us over the years due to the mistakes. The remake is always right so why can't it be prepared to order the first time? I hate to call and complain about it for reasons they could probably sue if I posted it here. Sometimes when we complain management is nice but mostly kind of snotty. Is it good flavor wise? Usually. Is it worth what they charge? Hardly. The only thing they have going for them is how close they are to my house. The convenience. I will from now on order from somewhere else. I will drive to a further pizza place on the other side of town from now on. At least I know what I'll get there and won't have to finish the baking process...
Read moreThe Bainter/Milliser Household If I could give zero stars I would and here's why- We ordered our pizzas at 7:00, just 2 pizzas and the order was promised by 8:00. At 8:15, still no pizza even though it said it was on its way. We called and they said the driver left a little before 8 and should be here within a half hour. What?! You mean to tell us that our food will he riding around town for forty five minutes or longer? It's now 8:40 and we have yet to see our order. We're now on the phone, playing musical employees and being told the first person we talked to lied/misinformed us and 2 employees wrongly portrayed themselves as management! Terrible customer service! And yes, it's game day, but you KNEW this was coming and should have been prepared with more drivers and an actual manager! You have lost all of our future business.
Update: received cold, disappointing pizza a total of two hours after the order...
