Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenfield Township

Shaky Fast service and friendly cashier. So far our orders have been correct and fresh and hot and definitely load my burritos and crunch wraps! I don't care for the taco bell on East Main Street because I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and received a burned product made from soft taco shells wrapped together and a soft taco shell layed flat and the tomatoes and lettuce and taco meat was old and just fell to the wrapper for the crunch wrap and my lap and rolled on my floor board in our car. Cost us a detail to our floor board because of the sauce and sour cream that stained my car seat and floor board. The manager eventually agreed to replace my crunch wrap after arguing for a while because he claimed he made it, but denied my claim but I took a picture and showed him. Idk about anyone else but when you order something it should be made from what the company says it should be and not something that is burnt and made from stuff not intended for what you paid your hard earned money on and from ingredients that was old,cold and impossible to eat without it going everywhere but your stomach. I'm a diabetic and take my insulin 30 minutes before a meal so I don't have time to argue for a replacement product when I ordered a to go meal because I needed to be somewhere important and follow a schedule for meals and can go hypoglycemic/low blood sugar if I don't eat immediately after my 30 minutes because I can have seizures,go into a diabetic coma or even die from low blood sugar. Fast acting insulin stats working about 15 minutes and really lowers blood sugar after 30-60 minutes. I start getting shaky, light headed and lose balance and will lose consciencness soon after. Luckily for me I have an awesome husband that ensures nothing traumatic happens to me because of issues with getting the carbs and sugar I need when they start falling because he keeps stuff with us just for that reason and will stop somewhere if I want something else. I've had many issues with alot of restaurants in Lancaster Ohio and other cities. It amazes me how many people don't understand low blood sugar and the dangers of it and refuse to get you at least a drink with carbs and sugar. I only need 15 grams of carbs and sugar to bring it up sometimes 30 grams. They'd rather give issues about mistakes or taking a long time to give you your food. One day these restraurants are going to cause someone with medical issues serious health complications or death and be sued by...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They're lucky to get 1 star. We were standing in line waiting for our order to be taken and a lady from the back comes out and says "you can order from the kiosks". Well nobody jumped at the idea so her response where everyone could hear was "okay that's fine don't use them then". I yelled back to her there's no reason to be disrespectful but ill use it to make you happy. No reason to be a b**. Ordered my food on the kiosk. The people I was with continued to order with the employee at the counter because why not when employees are hired to take the orders. They order their food within the next 10 minutes or so. I had gotten my food 20 minutes later. The gave me my cup etc finally. 2 of my friends got their order after I had already finished eating god knows how long later while my one friend was still waiting for his food. He ordered his food at 12:25 per his receipt. 12:50 comes around and I went back up to ask where his food was and what the hold up was. We had to get back to work. They said "oh it's in progress and will be out shortly". Now the guy behind the register has an attitude. Cool. Well I went back to the table to wait again. Now my friend has finally gotten aggrevated enough to say something and he goes up there at 12:57 to check again. They finally give him his food 5 minutes or so later. No discounts offered. No excuse for why it took so long or was taking so long. Plenty of staff in the restaurant. At this point he did not want to stay and eat his food he ordered so we took it to go. The disrespect from the employees at this establishment is ridiculous. We would have been better off watching paint dry than waiting for our food. Paint drying would be faster. It should never take around an hour to get your food at a fast food establishment. Did they have to go kill the cow to make their food? I do not recommend this taco bell. I personally will not be going back and don't recommend anyone else...

Updating my review because the service there has definitely changed. The last few times we've had lunch dashed to us, the poor drivers were stuck in line 30-40 mins. Orders have been messed up too. One order was supposed to be 2 meals & the only thing there was 2 of was the drinks. Another order they missed the side items. Then yesterday we ordered 3 double stackers no fiesta strips. They didn't make those right at all. They were missing the soft tortilla on all 3 (ya know, which makes it a double stacker), which also means no nacho cheese that's usually between the 2 shells. And all 3 had fiesta strips. The strips aren't a big deal since I always assumed those things were spicy & they're not but it was the fact the receipt even said no fiesta. When I posted in the Lancaster fb group encouraging people to apply there since it seems they need help, the flood gates opened with many people commenting the same issues. A 30-45 min wait seems to be the norm here & almost every order is messed up. Something has changed, not sure what, but you can definitely tell it's gone downhill to the point it should be restaffed...
