Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Greenfield

I ordered a Detroit pan supreme couple months ago. Center of pizza was uncooked and inedible. Went to order this last night along with a large pepperoni. Online there is no where I can add instructions to cook the pan pizza longer. Called 2x to order and no answer. Went in person to order and was told it’s $6 more in person than online for same 2 pizzas. So I verbally told her to cook pan longer and ordered online. Pizza was not cooked longer and was raw dough in the center on the pan even to though she said she would cook it longer. They were not busy and there were 2 workers in the store. The pepperoni pizza always seems ok. Also I have tried ordering here before and they like to close early and the online order will take your money but just state it’s waiting to go in the oven. Then you have to get refund the next day. Well how can you know if closed early or not when accepts the online order and they don’t answer calls(last time I had to drive there in person to find out they were closed early and that’s why order was never ready). Considering multiple reviews here show the same issues of raw dough for over a year and they haven’t corrected the issue I would not recommend...

Absolutely disgusting to watch the young lady at the counter have to take orders, cut pizza , have to apologize to people for the portal telling them their pizzas were done when in fact they were not. All the while the two people in the back were having life conversation instead of making food. At one point, I was standing there watching them for over ten minutes and not one item was out in the oven. Not one. When the young lady at the counter asked her where the orders were, she was told to refund their money if people want to wait. I wouldn't want to wait for their conversation to be over to wait for food either, but my order was already placed. The lady eventually came up and told the girl at the counter not to take an more orders until they finished what they had, but how can you do that if your not making anything or going super slow so you and the guy can keep talking. The lady in the back acted like she was mad she was being interupted. The poor girl working the counter had to deal with customers and the other lady's attitude. They had enough employees, it's just too bad only one was actually making an attempt to work but can...

I have tried multiple times in the past several weeks to order from here online or by phone to no avail. I even made a few attempts to come in and pick up their advertised Hot & Ready. They never have anything hot or ready. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes one day at lunch time, when they were behind on their prep. Two other times I tried to order in person, they weren't making anything other than basic pies (none of which were hot or ready) in Sausage or Pepperoni or Cheese. No Deep Dish, no Italian Breads, no Stuffed Crust, no Lunch Combo's no Sides.

I have heard staffing and lack of necessary ingredients as the two main reasons. While both are valid reasons, I can't see how they can stay open. Let's be honest, the main driver behind Little Caesars sales isn't their quality, it's their Hot & Ready and Pizza Portal/Online. If they can't deliver the convenience they are known for, or most of their menu items (including their nationally advertised specialty items) then people will go elsewhere.
