Stopped by yesterday to get āfast foodā and choose to go inside to order as I thought it would be harder to mess up the order. But⦠apparently they were short help, and had the dining room shut. Got in line for the drive-through⦠2 cars deep. Line moved fairly quick⦠The manager appeared to be working the mic as he said āheā was out of Frostys, Regular Coca Cola, and several other menu items⦠Our party of three ordered and specifically clarified certain particulars of our order that regularly gets messed up⦠and had them read it back to confirm⦠plenty of ketchup for the chicken nuggets⦠unsweet tea to drink. Get our food. Over worked and frazzled young lady didnāt really greet us⦠just the amount due and a short grunt of a response when handing back my debit card⦠got our food in no time! But⦠pulling forward noticed NO KETCHUP. AND THE TEA WAS A SWEET TEA. I bit into a fry thinking weāll make the best of it⦠and the fryās were lukewarm and flavorless cardboard. I mentioned the dining room was closed⦠so I can go in to get a new drink, ketchup and fresh fries⦠itās supposed to be fast food ⦠and weāll be late to an āappointmentā if I try to get back in the 3 deep drive thru line⦠$32 for two burgers three fries and three drinks⦠with horrible fries⦠one drink wrong and no sauce for the bland nuggetsā¦
Lesson learned. May need to bypass until their reviews take a steep upward directionā¦

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had lunch at Wendyās this afternoon and I canāt understate this enough, it was the worst mistake I have made this week. If I had only looked at the moldy and rotting wood in the front yard I might have saved myself a trip and gotten back on the interstate. The inside was filthy, the floors and mats were so sticky I lost a flip flop twice due to being unable to detach my foot from the tile. The countertops and tabletops were disgusting and the carpet didnāt look clean enough to walk on. All of this could have been ignored if the service was fast, or even moving, or if the food was edible. I ordered a salad and baked potato, pretty hard to mess up, but the salad was brown and slimy and the potato was an odd color. The six people in front of me all had to take their food back up because something was wrong and the woman at the counter seemed defensive and argumentative. The kids in the back seemed more eager to help and more motivated to āworkā than she did. Not only was the service bad, the food uneatable, and the conditions of the restaurant, bathroom, and service areas disgusting, but we had to pay for it and STILL come home and make lunch due to the sickening offering.
I have been to this restaraunt 3 times in the last two weeks and the service is just getting worse. I will not be returning and the state of this place is the very reason I often feel motivated to become a...

Hygiene: employees donāt wear gloves when handling your food - I saw them touch several fries with their bare hands. They set my drink cup UPSIDE DOWN on the counter so that the rim you drink out of was sitting in all the germs on the counter, forcing me to waste plastic with a straw.
Service: I was here 7/17/19 during the lunch rush and they clearly didnāt have the kitchen under control. Understaffed enough that the ONLY cashier (who was surprisingly professional and helpful) had to jump back and forth between kitchen and cashier. In the time I was there, over 50% of the customers (including me) had something wrong with their order that needed fixed. I ordered the avocado southwest salad, which came with no avocado (??) or bacon. When I asked the kitchen staff to fix it, the employee with double tattoo sleeves was very rude about it and said several times how he [didnāt know how to make that] or what came on it. He was also yelling and complaining about his job several times - extremely unprofessional. Very disappointed to see how undertrained the kitchen staff is and that they canāt follow a simple menu.
This restaurant needs some serious training by their managers and more competent people to work the lunch rush.
