I ordered sharwama platters for take out, the portions were very small for being dinner and platters and for that pricy. No wonder why their competition near by gets so much business (lines out the door). With 2 sharwama platters they only put 1 plastic utensil set inside the bag. The dinner platter portion is equivalent to a lunch portion, the sides portion were equivalent in size to a sauce portion. The food was cold. They didn’t include bread in the order. They didn’t include pita bread with the hummus. Other restaurants like Mexican restaurants serve you chips and salsa when you dine in, but if you do take out they also include it with your order. The same should follow. I might give this place another try but as dine in but if they don’t include bread, and serve a warm hummus, warm food with decent portions for the price then that would have been their last chance to have me as their customer. And yes I even tipped them in advanced when I shouldn’t have because it was a take out order. THE PLASTIC CONTAINER WAS WARM AND THE FOOD COLD, HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE! I forgot to mention that underneath the meat there is a bed of rice so in the picture it looks more than what it really is.

A Total Letdown – Save Your Money Tried this place for the first time, and wow... what a disappointment. The wrap was so tough and chewy that I genuinely thought I was eating beef jerky disguised as bread. I asked where they got it from, and apparently, some bakery makes it for them—which honestly makes me question if that bakery even knows what bread is supposed to feel like. Then there’s the overpowering onion explosion inside the wrap. Yes, it’s a shawarma, but at no point should it taste like someone just dumped a bucket of onions in and called it a day. Flavor balance? Completely missing. And don’t even get me started on the price. $25 for an XL platter? Even in today’s economy, that’s steep—especially for food this underwhelming. To top it off, the atmosphere is fast-food level at best, and when I politely mentioned the rock-hard wrap to the staff, the lady just smiled and giggled—no apology, no concern, just awkward indifference. Would I come back? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Only if you enjoy paying premium prices for bad food and dismissive service.

Since you are accusing me for being a liar and saying I never been at your restaurant. Let me tell you what happened. on 2/28 I called to place an order, I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then they hung up on me, I called again and same person answered the phone and told same thing, I told him what he just did and he said yes sorry I have to put you on hold again and hung up on me. This kind of attitude is not acceptable and extremely disappointing. We expect better treatment as customer. Also I need to bring something to your attention, your food is overpriced for the quality you are offering. As an Arab owner you should know how our food needs to be cooked and served. The fact that you and few others have the monopoly in this area doesn’t give you the right to serve nasty, insipid microwaved food to your clients.

Style over substance - not worth the value

First ever order was a kabob platter laid over rice, with pita bread and 6 pc. chicken wings as sides. Had high hopes because of the solid presentation but was disappointed. Kabobs were barely flavored, and tough to chew. Rice was aromatically solid but flavorless as well. Pita was stale right out the gate and not worth eating after one bite. The wings which could've been the best redeeming part of the meal were burnt, nullifying the only flavor present in the whole meal.

Chalked the first experience down to it being a bad day and decided to try once again a week later. Ordered the double XL shawarma wraps with fries on the side. Despite my order being 1 beef, and 1 chicken shawarma wrap I was given 2 chicken wraps. I know this was not a mistake because I overheard the attendant explaining that they were out of beef to someone over the phone. They did not extend the same courtesy to me or give me a heads up of the situation, despite having to wait almost 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I would've been more accommodating if the chicken shawarma was actually good, but it's very hard to enjoy a meal with bland and tasteless bits of chicken contained within dry wraps, and none of the other fillings you'd expect in a $23 shawarma order.

I try to be as positive as possible during reviews so I'll end on some pros: They do have some good crispy fries which pair well with their sauces, and great presentation, and okay (not great) portions. Those were the only good constants on my 2 visits, but I believe you're better served spending your money at a different establishment with actual substance over style,...

Food was okay. Service was dismissive and neglectful. Came here based on a recommendation we saw online. We arrived shortly after they opened with a few families already dining in. We ordered 3 entrees and an appetizer. We were informed the chicken and beef were still being prepared and would take about 30 mins. Totally fine. Server took our order and read it back to us for accuracy, and even answered my husband’s questions about the different sauces included in his order. My food came, and so did my daughter’s. Unfortunately my husband’s meal never came. The server did not check on our table to even give us an opportunity to inquire about his meal. This is almost an hour after we sat down and had already been served the 2 of 3 entrees. I tried waving her down as she and another server were serving the 4 other families that had came after us and had already received all their meals. I eventually went to the service counter and mentioned that we never received our appetizer nor did my husband his meal. She apologized, and as consolation brought us some baklava. It was the weirdest experience. I don’t think I have ever been to a restaurant and received such neglectful service. How do you place 3 utensils and serve 3 drinks, but only 2 meals? Doesn’t make too much sense. We paid for the food we did receive and left. Next time I’ll just stick with another local...
