Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Greensboro

This establishment is the worst one in Greensboro, when it comes to this company. First, I tried to order on-line but a pop-up message said try again or call. I tried again but it didn't go through so I called. I explained the issue and the person who answered was a male. He stated that was weird and that he couldn't take payment over the phone. He didn't ask for my name but stated my order would be ready in 15 mins. I get there and the white male with fluffy hair, white t-shirt ask me what my name was and I told him that the person who took my order over the phone did not ask. They had to find my order. It took 3 males, one black with dread and two white males. They found it but the sauce for the crazy bread was missing . Once they gave it to me it was cold and had this white flaky piece on top. I kindly ask the black guy what was it and he said cheese. I was like really what kind for it to be one little flake. He rolled his eyes and got me another. That one was also cold but I left to take my kids the food. I went back to speak to the supervisor or manager about the customer service and he got an attitude. John claims that the sauce was at room temperature. Of course he couldn't tell me but apparently he is the regional manager. Didn't see any hair nets or hats on the younger employees. John said he was calling the police on me for stealing sauce that they gave me. I waited for the police to come but they never did. I guess they know John has poor customer service since he wish he can give customers a review. I know I would never go this particular...

Went there tonight to get 3 pizzas. Walked in and girl was eating while taking my order. While waiting, young boy from back came and sat on counter top and actually greeted a customer while still sitting on counter top. This customer asked for a fresh cheese and employee sitting on counter top, while still sitting grabs a cheese out of the warmer and opens the pizza to show the customer and when the customer didn’t want it because it was obviously not fresh, the employee still sitting on the counter top begins to eat the pizza. The female cash register employee is sitting on the floor behind the counter this whole time eating, only poking her head up to check the door each time it opens. An employee from the back (also the pizza maker) comes to the front, takes someone’s order, cashes them out and then goes to the back and grabs pizzas out the oven and boxes them….at no point did he stop to wash hands, put a hair net or hat on, mush less an apron. And they were blaring very loud vulgar rap music on a personal speaker the whole 30 minutes I was waiting. There was also a dirty homeless woman that came in who apparently is friendly with the employee sitting on the counter, the homeless woman leans over the counter and is leaning all over the counter. Very unsatisfactory...

My son and I went to get pizza and crazy bread & cheese bread tonight and when we went in, nobody was up front at first, it took about 3-5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally got waited on, we ordered two cheese pizzas, a pepperoni pizza, two orders of crazy bread, and a order of cheese bread. We waited probably 20 minutes and the girl brought out our pizzas and I told her that we also had cheese bread and two orders of crazy bread, she proceeded to tell me that wasn’t on my ticket when I had my receipt in my hand and I told her I could show her. She then went back to the back and was yelling at the two guys working to do their job. It took probably eight more minutes before we got the rest of our order. The employees were playing around outside, running to the store beside the restaurant. I have worked in a restaurant for 25+ years and this was pitiful! There was no excuse for the way the employees of this store was acting and they had no regards to customer service at all. There was no thank you, no, have a good night, no anything for that matter.
