Burger King — Restaurant in Greensboro

Awful!! I will NEVER go back ever again!! First time I been was during lunch. It was not busy at all and maybe three staff members working. My brother order before me and then it took five minutes until they took my order. On top of that they forgot my order after I waited over five minutes for the same thing my brother order. Went in this morning. A lady name Kathy spoke in a loud short tone to my brother who came in joking around, "Can I take your order." She said that twice, not even given him time to respond to the first time she said it. Can you say rude!! After she took his order she ran to the back. Touched someone's sandwich bare hands without washing! She did not return to the front until she came back with his order that took about 5 to 7 minutes to prepare. I told her I would like to order as well. Simply asked her if it was normal to take one order at a time? No response. They lady was rude not only to us but the guys who came in after. Don't yell someone's order when they are standing in front of you. She needs to learn to be patience and nicer to people or find another job! The staff did not wear gloves or hair nets. I didn't even eat my order or returned it just to see how the full service was going to be like. My ice coffee had big instead coffee pieces floating all in the drink. Never had this happen before! I just left an interview and was hungry. I needed to pick my son up from school, so I decided to stop somewhere quick along my route. I placed order via app at 2:19. The app had a deal for &5 snack box which was q cheeseburger, fries, 8 pc nuggets, and a drink. The app only allowed you to choose coke or sprite. I opted to go inside so I can get a different beverage.

I went inside a minute after placing the order. The lobby area was clean. There was one person sitting at a table. I told a staff that I had placed a mobile order and they confirmed it. They had already made the drink but they gave me a cup so I could get something else, which was a zero sugar peach lemonade. My food wasn’t ready yet, so I browsed. There was trash on the floor in the stall. Their sanitation rating is 98.5, which is good. However, cups are blocking it.

I saw my order on their screen and mine was up there the longest. At the time of my looking, it had been 11 minutes and 30 seconds. being the Someone who came in after me, placed their order, and paid got food before me… which is odd. My food wasn’t ready until 2:32pm, which was 13 minutes after I placed the order. That’s ridiculous for a simple meal. This was supposed to be a quick stop.

First and foremost I just want to say that I was very pleased with this location today. I came here around 215pm in the drive thru. Placed my order and then everything was a stand still. One employee came outside to let everyone know that they are sorry about the hold up but there were some ignorant people refusing more, so everyone went inside to get our orders. As we approached inside you could hear and see the young lady at the window trying her best to get them to move. Not sure if she was the manager, I believe she was because she was talking to the police when they finally arrived, the young lady handle the whole situation amazing. I want to command her for not losing her cool, with the way the couple was talking to her, especially when they came inside and threatened her. The couple was very belligerent and acting ridiculous, but still the young lady I didn't get her name handled it very professionally and through it all everyone was still maintaining the customers and trying their hardest to serve us. People just need to really stop and think, Do they want people to come to their place of business and disrespect them for no reason?? These people handle your food, you are never suppose to mess with people that handle your food.
