The worst customer service experience at Staples began the moment I walked in. The lack of a welcoming atmosphere was immediately apparent; there was no greeting, nor did any employees seem to acknowledge my presence. The store felt cold and uninviting, setting a negative tone for the entire visit.
As I waited for service, I noticed other customers leaving the store visibly upset, their frustrations unaddressed by the staff. Finally, when it was my turn, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a litany of things the store couldn’t do for me. The interaction with the copy center representative was particularly frustrating. After I explained my needs, I was abruptly told to use the self-service machines and handle it myself.
This dismissive attitude and lack of support left me incredulous at how the business was being run. Instead of providing solutions or assistance, the staff seemed more interested in avoiding any responsibility. It was an absolute failure in customer service, leaving me to wonder how such a business could operate effectively with such disregard for...
Read moreI went in to print my wedding programs as soon as they opened. The manager and a lady with short dreads were not welcoming at all! They were also gossiping about an employee!!! I asked for help several times. It pretty much felt like I was bothering them. Why come to work at a place like this?? The manager had a rude nasty attitude. I literally started towards the door and saw one of the nice ladies that had previously helped me before. Her name was Amy!!! She was the only one that was friendly welcoming and understood what I needed to print. The manager was trying to over charge me by $100 by adding double paper when I was clearly printing front and back!! The online price was correct! Thank you Amy for your time and patience. As for the other two you both need customer...
Read moreI went to print a few papers and it took a minute to log in and out of the accounts I was using. Printed what I needed and then got charged over $9 for computer time. The papers themselves were $0.49 each, but the computer also charges $0.49/min. Just be warned if you go there to print something; you’re getting charged a dollar every 2 minutes. There is a faded paper with fine print that vaguely states that the computer costs money to use. But it’s taped behind the computer to the side, so not obvious at all. The employees also don’t make customers aware of this charge. When I asked them what the charge was for, they said “oh you’re charged by the minute”. They need to disclose the fees more clearly in an obvious place, or at least verbally notify customers before using...
