The experience at this Chipotle was unacceptable. We ordered ahead in order to make the pickup a faster and more convenient experience, but this was a dire mistake. The staff were immediately rude and dismissive upon asking about our orders. Then, they continued to ignore our requests to check to see if our orders were ready, even though we could see them ready to be picked up. We remained patient and continued to wait an additional 40 minutes, holding out hope that the team was just behind on orders. WRONG. I asked the lady working on the to go orders to check for our names and she patronizingly replied while cutting me off, āYou standing there aināt gonna make the orders go faster!ā. Even with her contemptuous response, I then asked the male checking out the in-store orders if he could check. Immediately, the man found our orders which had been sitting there since we arrived. If the lady had been less arrogant, then we would have been able to get our food immediately, but due to her horrible service, she caused this...

The first young man I saw in the store didnāt apologize or anything, just took my bag and gave it to the āmanagerā with the glasses. I was extremely inconvenienced having to come back to this location as I have a preschooler I have to get off the school bus. The āmanagerā felt some type of way when I asked was anyone going to apologize and he starts to go back and forth with me stating I was rude to him! I never yelled or raised my voice but yes I was definitely flustered. He tried to tell me how I should have reacted in which I told him he canāt do that. How do you think you can tell someone how to react to a situation when they are upset? Good customer service skills are nonexistent at this location. The other locations are much better.
