IF YOU HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS DON'T ORDER FOR DELIVERY. PLEASE PICK YOUR FOOD UP AND WATCH THEM... I ordered 2 Pacific veggie pizzas, 1 thin crust, and 1 hand tossed with no olives, substitute green peppers. I received 1 correct (thin crust) and 1 incorrect it had chicken on it. I called to have it remade and delivered because I DON'T eat meat. After the additional 45-minute wait time. I received the pizza. The delivery guy said he checked my pizza to make sure it didn't have meat on it, and it was still incorrect. They made it thin crust instead of hand tossed, and still, pieces of chicken were on my pizza. I had to take it back myself to figure out why it still wasn't made correctly. I overheard one tall black guy tell a white girl with purple hair that they needed more feta cheese and that she grabbed chicken by mistake. If the employees can't tell the difference between chicken and cheese, they need time to refresh their training. I waited 10 mins for the pizza to come out and a short girl with glasses she looked Hispanic pulled my pizza out and asked if I wanted the garlic sauce on my crust.I told her yes and then had to stop her from cutting my pizza. She was about to cut it with a knife that hadn't been wiped off from the previous meat pizza that she just cut. I spoke up for my food because I can't afford to be sick from cross contamination with meat but to see how she freely picked it up without wiping it cleaned, I won't order from this location anymore. I don't feel that the people working that shift actually know serv-safe procedures, nor do they care to. They seemed more concerned with flirting and playing with each other than their job and food safety. (Purple hair & short Hispanic were the two flirting with the guys and making major mistakes) But the icing on the cake was the trash customer service. Nobody apologized for the repeated mistake nor offered compensation for...
Read moreWorst Dominos location on Bessemer AVE in the city. Dominos on S. Randleman Rd is THE BEST BECAUSE THEY TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY! The customer service gets a "FFF" rating ON BESSEMER AVE! Management is terrible, especially the white slim manager who is arrogant and non chalant. Some of the workers, especially girls are very rude and ghetto oriented.
80% of there business is from NC A&T so they dont operate on professionalism, respect, quality, and going the extra mile BUT ON VOLUME ONLY. They don't have to earn your business due to so many A&T STUDENTS. They dont care. I've ordered 3 pizzas in a row and all were wrong - too dry with sauce, old toppings, too much sauce, etc. The attitude and sentiment in the store is ghetto and hood-like. It was nothing like this when it was across the street with Lisa and Abdule running the store for years in the 90s and 2000s. I go to Chapman St, Church St and S. Randleman Rd because this one is so ghetto and poorly managed with MANY HORRIBLE FEMALES WITH ATTITUDES! MOST OF THE MALE CREW WORKERS ARE NICE. Not trying to be negative but this review IS WARRANTED. We as Americans keep blaming others for our problems. It's the individual. Just look in the mirror - pride, rudeness, anger, selfishness, arrogance, and simply don't care. People have become so hard that they don't...
Read moreYOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Lemme tell you something bro. The service at THIS PARTICULAR DOMINO’S..... IS TRAAAAASHH!!! Absolutely trash. I’m a patient guy at heart, but customer service like this will piss even me off. For example, I placed an order tonight at 6:15, was told that it would be ready in 30 minutes, called back an hour later, was told the same thing, and called once more an hour after that and told [by a very nice young lady btw]... THAT MY FOOD WAS STILL SITTING ON THE RACK!!! BROOOO!! Wild right? That one particular young lady was very nice and cordial, however the previous service was an absolute disgrace, and I will go as far as to compare it to my own Domino’s’ service because I do, too, work for Domino’s back home, and we function a lot more efficiently than this because it’s what is called for. We know that customer service is everything, and apparently, to Domino’s on Bessemer Ave., service is just another meaningless word in the dictionary. To the young lady that assisted me, I thank you, however to the rest of the no-good slackers, you are an absolute disgrace because even on my bad days, I make SURE that I make the customer...
