They do no take pride in their food or customers service. The quality is terrible. The team does not send out quality products. The pizza is often burnt and the salads are wet mess, often with brown lettuce. I called back to the Summit Ave location and spoke to the cashier that gave me my order (she did not make the meal). She remembered the order and apologized. The manager never got on the phone, but she did say she would let him know.
The management does not care. I do not recommend this place regardless of the other reviews. I use to be a regular pickup customer for subs and pasta, but after seeing the food made first hand I will never go there again. If you plan to ignore this warning, please check your food before the drive leaves or before you leave their location.
Update: Elizabeth Pizza replied. I want to thank them for their reply to my post, but in the future all customer dissatisfaction should be handle immediately by the management.
I should have addressed the many issues I have at this location to management sooner. I was giving them a break because supply change were having difficulties keeping up with demand due Covid 19. Some of the things my family experience includes uneven and little toppings on burnt crust pizza which tasted old. The place is call Elizabeth's pizza, so the pizza should be their pizza standards should produce a good looking and tasting pie every time. Other problems included wet salads with brown lettuce sandwish shredded lettuce instead of the normal salad lettuce, subs that looked old and wimpy, Subs with no uniformity (same type of subs, but one larger them the other), re-cooked french fries and over cooked fries.
I understand keep food cost down, but you do not do it by sending...
Read moreI've noticed that Elizabeth's Pizza have varying degrees of food and service, it's not your typical chain. Now don't get me wrong, I love all the food from all the Elizabeth's really and have never had a bad experience at any of them, but the food at the Elizabeth's on Summit Avenue near Bessemer is the absolute best Elizabeth's in the Triad area. It also seems to be a little bit less expensive despite the excellent food. The atmosphere is not quite what you would expect compared to say the Elizabeth's Pizza in Quaker Village, but I kind of prefer it because it's more casual and even though there's no table service, per say (they call your number and you grab your own food), I still make sure to leave a tip in the jar the people that work there are friendly and hard-working and as I mentioned before the food is absolutely Superior to every other Elizabeth's in town including in Kernersville, Winston Salem, Oak ridge, or any of the others that I've tried. I recommend any sub on the menu and also love the Stromboli and calzone. You really can't go wrong no matter what you choose off the menu. This is one of my favorite...
Read moreWas doing a bit of afternoon shopping before heading into work and saw that this restaurant was in the plaza which was perfect at the time because I was hungry. Went over and ordered one slice of pizza and surprisingly the order took about 15 minutes which was a little bit longer than what I anticipated. Normally when a place serves slices, the entire pie is already done and one slice is placed in the oven to reheat. Apparently this is not what happened here. Almost 15 minutes from one slice of pizza is ridiculous in my opinion. More than likely I would not return here for a quick slice because there was truly nothing quick about it. When I got into my car and opened the box the cheese was barely melted although the entire slice was hot?!? The pizza was tasty however but again this is not a place I would return to for...
