Gong Cha Super G Mart — Restaurant in Greensboro

First time i was there they over charged my order when i ordered Earl Grey Milk Tea with 3 J. The drink included 3 different toppings. But they charge extra for 3 different toppings. I ordered 2 so they charged me 6 times for topping. My husband didnt pay attention and paid. When i realized why 2 drinks was so expensive. I comfronted the girls that they overcharged me. They said they couldnt make refund so i had them call the owner and since the owner couldn’t refunds me either, they hanged me $2 and said that was all they could do. So i got a little upset and left. Today i ordered drinks on DoorDash the store canceled of the entire order just because they said i add one extra topping that they coudnt do. I ordered and received the same order before. I ask the girl over the phone why she didnt call me and tell me, why did she cancel without any notes on the app. She said “Oh we are busy so we didnt call you. The location has 4 tables each with two chairs and a shared wall to wall booth bench. The large TV plays Asian-Pop music videos and it adds to the great atmosphere. You can see everything from the counter and everything is clean. With both laminated and TV menus along with their premade item board you have plenty of options. Nothing is overpriced as a medium is $6 and a large is $7 and I usually spend $8 with my added gels. I don't recommend ordering a waffle ice cream if you're driving though, lol.

Every time I go I am greeted kindly by the staff. The woman who usually serves me has such a nice voice that is calm and sweet, but audible and easy to understand. She tries her best to completely understand your order and has never gotten mine wrong. I never skip this gem any time I'm in the...

Bleh bubble tea with a large side of attitude….

Stopped in after doing our shopping in Super G Mart. Greeted with an unfriendly glare by the girl at the counter with the cat eye make up. Tried to start giving her our order but she just looked over at her coworker with an extreme level of annoyance. The girl that I guess was supped to take our order while wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t nice and could have saved us the interaction with the grumpy co worker simple by saying “I can help you guys down here”

The tea well it matched the same level of energy as the staff. They tea tasted stale, the boba was hard and old and the lack of passion.. fruit flavor just made the whole experience not worth the money.

Best part of the visit was the satisfaction of popping the straw...
