Bojangles — Restaurant in Greensboro

This is my favorite childhood restaurant, I remember I used to always order the Cajun chicken sandwich and I would ask to add cheese, I would get my fries, a strawberry soda, or cherry soda if the shipment came in on time, and if my uncle was on shift I could get a free bo-berry and a sweet potato pie. I was there when this place got robbed long ago. The quality was better back then when my uncle worked there, that’s what he was all about when it came to his work. I recently visited from Texas on a trip to see my fam. After being discharged from the military I was ready to show my wife and kids what I craved, but instead of happiness, the irritating discomfort of disappointment filled my taste buds. The bo berrys were shaped like a football and they were hard like they were baked too long and they didn’t use the right amount of shortening, the chicken was cold upon arrival and the sweet tato pie was left under the heat lamp too long. The macaroni was bland and not as cheesy as it should’ve been. The fries and the sodas were great! My fond childhood memory is the ONLY reason this gets 4 stars

Not all change is good, but progress is...

I really wanted to like this Bojangles location because it's the closest one from where I live but holy cow do they make it hard.

Every time I've come here they've been out of something and the employees are nothing but nice but sometimes their head is just in the clouds.

One time, I ordered the chicken sandwich from the drive thru and they told me to pull around to the handicap parking spot and they would bring it out to me, but 20 minutes went by and nobody ever came. I went inside to check if the order was still being made and the lady working the front admitted that she had totally forgotten about me.

I went early one morning to try and get breakfast and they were all out of biscuits and Bo Rounds so I couldn't order breakfast, and on a separate occasion I went and tried to order the chicken and rice bowl but they were all out of beans and rice. I'm sure it's not the employees fault but whoever manages this place needs to pay more attention to what's going wrong so these problems can be addressed, because I know I'm not...

I've been to plenty of Bojangles and I will have to say this is one of the slowest fast food places and the customer service is not good at all. The lady at the drive thru rushed me with my order and gave me a total before I was finished ordering( I also was able to hear the side conversations that was going on as well) and then when my husband called the restaurant, the manager hung up on him saying she couldn't hear anything but yet she heard him say hello but then when he asked for a manager then nobody could "hear" him. This location needs a whole new staff including management. I asked how she would make it better and she said they have training. Well I'm pretty sure you go through training before being placed on the floor, and if not, then that again it's on management. I have worked in retail and fast food and every time I go to that location, it's terrible!

And this is the closest location near me so it makes it 10x worse. Again this is not the first time I've had issues with this location. Get it together or get...
