I do not recommend this location at all. I’ve been to this location several time since it’s more convenient with where I work, but I dread coming here every time. I usually drive a couple extra minutes just to go to another location, but sometimes I just can’t. I’ve had a negative experience every time I’ve come here, but what shocked me the most is their staff. Not only are the regular employees rude and unhelpful, but so are the managers and team leads. The two superiors I’ve separately had an issue with in the past, are Lauren and Phillip.
First time I was here, I had a horrible experience with the Manager Lauren. How did this woman even manage to become a manager? She’s so disrespectful and condescending. She speaks to you like you’re a total inconvenience to her, even when she’s at fault. She’s such a miserable human, it’s sad. She clearly hates this job. I wonder how many negative reviews she has had and if the operator even cares to check in on his own store. Some people just shouldn’t work costumer service and she is one of them. I recommend therapy for her since everyone is a disturbance to her. I’ve witness her disrespectful guest AND her fellow coworkers. One instance, she completely dismissed a young lady that was actually helping me. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me, sigh (in annoyance) and acted like I was a complete inconvenience. It baffled me to have to deal with McDonald’s costumer service at a CFA. Maybe she should switch over and work there. It would not be a hard transition since she’s got the rude and disrespectful part down! I was highly disappointed and felt incredibly disrespected. When I asked her if I could speak to the another manager, she told me that she was the only one present at the time. Are they so short staffed that they’re promoting anyone?
Next, the team lead by the name of Phillip. This is the most unhelpful CFA team lead, I’ve ever come across. I was explaining an issue I had to him, but it seemed like my words were going in one ear and out the other. He was very rude and dismissive. I asked to speak to a manager several times, but he said they were currently unavailable. I understand that, but he was no help whatsoever. I asked him aside from a manager, who is the next supervisor that could help me. He said I’d have to refer to him since the manager was unavailable. I tried to explain myself AGAIN, but it honestly seemed like there isn’t much thought behind anything he does. He just stood there blankly staring into space, not even trying to act like he was listening. It felt like talking to a 16 year old boy who had the comprehension skills of a toddler. How did he even get promoted? The skills required to be promoted must be minimal.
Aside from that, it’s impossible to get your food in less than 20 minutes in the drive thru. The parking lot is hell. You need to set aside at least 30-40 minutes just to go to this location. It’s ridiculous. I refused to return.

The drive thru Ice Box is covered in mold and mildew on the inside. The kids play area is covered in mold as well and has been this way since the Play area had to be closed for Covid. The morning Manager Allen apparently does not understand how to be a team player and continuously disrespects all staff and has caused multiple employees to resign or change to night shift due to the poor work environment he has created. During the hiring process you are required to take mandatory classes in regards to understanding how the Chick-Fil-A franchise is supposed to operate. This apparently does not apply for Allen. For example, with holding employees from using the restroom, telling employees to not speak with him when they are in need of his assistance, will snatch objects from employees hands with an attitude when he has no reason to be upset and he is capable of getting away with his actions due to his 20 Year relationship with the store owner.
You sign an employee contract like a normal job but they will not obey by the contract. You are NOT guaranteed any of your hours! Your schedule will never be a "set schedule". Why? The manager who makes the schedule will not take the time to properly create a schedule. They copy and paste the same schedule every week without attempting to do any extra effort insuring their employees are getting the hours that they contracted for. If you ask for one day off during the week for personal issues they will leave you off for that day every new schedule created until you complain about the error. If you continue to complain about the schedule they DO NOT WORK YOU!

I visit Chick-fil-A on September 6 and ordered about $38 worth of food for me and my coworker. When I return to work, I realized I was missing a fry. Of course if I’m on lunch break only get 30 minutes so there’s no way I can go back and get it. I’ll call the store 3 to 4 times before somebody picked up the phone. I explain to them that I did not get my fries. They told me no big deal. You can come back and get it. I explain to her. I will try to come today, but I live on the other side of town because I was off by then. On September 12 I return to Chick-fil-A explain to them that I was missing a fry in my meal and the manager told me that since I did not come the same day that they would not give me a fry. I explain to her I do not want no free stuff. I don’t want to be compensated for my time. I just want it what I pay for. I have reached out to Chick-fil-A CARES about it. I also have called and left my name and number with the price of everything going up in the world and me just wanting my medium fries that comes with a regular order. I have also email. I personally feel that this Chick-fil-A is the worst Chick-fil-A in the world, I would never or eat there or encourage you to want to eat there.
