KFC — Restaurant in Greensboro

It was horrible. If I could give this KFC zero stars I would. I placed a family order. When I went to pick up my order, it wasn't ready. So I waited 20 minutes. My order came with biscuits. But they didn't have biscuits ready, so the guy at the counter stated they had dinner rolls. Well the dinner rolls ended up being the chicken sandwich bread. The Fries was old, cold, stale and taste like they have been sitting there all day. The 16 piece chicken was made with old chicken that was refried with new chicken that was just cooked. The reason I can tell it was old because of the color of the old and new chicken. Several pieces was dark brown color and there others were a golden crisp color. The corn was burnt and hard at the bottom and was covered up with newly cooked corn. And the green beans tasted like dish soap was added to it. The mash potatoes was questionable. My family and I ended up throwing the whole meal away and ordering pizza. This was a terrible experience. I wasted $55. I will never eat at this KFC again and will never recommend this to anyone. The service here is complete trash. They need to fire everybody. The attitude of the employees is unbelievable.

There was a man behind me that was trying to order and he just walked out. He was very agitated.

I ordered a meal clearly says on the menu it comes with a drink. She would not give me a drink.

She asked me what was my two sides. I said both cream, potatoes and gravy. She gives me coleslaw. when I got my order I put the coleslaw on the counter. She asked me why did I do that and I told her because I ordered two cream potatoes and gravy.

And we’re having this exchange she’s behind the counter and I’m sitting down in the dining room so she’s yelling in the restaurant wandering why there’s coleslaw sitting on the counter. Disrupting other guest.

do you think she came out and gave me my other cream, potatoes and gravy ? nope !!!

Another employee heard this as well. Still no response.

I was so aggravated at the situation. I didn’t even finish my chicken breast. I ate a few...

I try my best not to leave bad reviews but this is necessary, as a handicapped veteran it’s shocking how bad customer service is! I told the cashier on the sign it says wraps but I don’t see them on the menu! She told me that they are not on the menu, what you see on the sign is what they have, she also told me they have three flavors! I asked what the flavors were and she said whatever the signs said! I didn’t tell her my eyes were blurry so I couldn’t see the different flavors, so I just said forget it and ordered something else! People it takes two seconds to be kind! It is your job to tell the customers what different wraps you have not point them to a sign! What if I couldn’t read and today I was having a migraine so I am sure that’s why my eyes were blurry! I have gone to this establishment for the last time because this particular individual is the same way ALL the time! KFC is not cheap, why are people so downright nasty! I will not spend my money in any establishment that treats...
