I came here today to buy a dozen of donuts and was told they weren’t ready. In addition, the older skinny white lady was trying to tell me something when I was across the room, however, I couldn’t hear her so I asked politely if she can repeat what she said. She then rolled her eyes and repeated what she said to me. That’s when I started to feel real off because I’m nothing but kind and polite to people even when they show rudeness. Mind you this is all happening at 9:30 am (early in the morning).
Then I decided while I was here waiting on my donuts to be ready I had another offer I could use. I went up to the counter and asked the big light skin black women with a ponytail if I could use the offer I wanted. Immediately she showed attitude. Reminder it’s 9:30 am. She asked me “What do you want?” but with the biggest attitude. With her lips to the side and the stankiest face. However, as the good person I am I still kept my composure and stayed respectful.
I also notice she didn’t show the same attitude to the older white people in the store. I don’t know if it was because I’m black (and yes I know the lady is black to but in this society your own people can treat you wrong) or because I’m young and they wanted to take advantage of that but it was beyond me how I was treated.
To add to this disgusting visit as I was watching them make the donuts this plus size young Hispanic girl with glasses was playing with donuts and stacking them. She also had very big arylic nails while stacking them and doing everything but working. I saw her later cleaning her nails with a napkin and doing everything but washing them. And be mindful she worked in the drive through so she was also handling money. Which is disgusting.
I usually don’t write reviews because I’m not a Karen but this experience was honesty just that bad. Please train your employees better. You get paid for a reason. And there’s no reason you should have an attitude early in the morning you just clocked...

Personal Recommendation: Try W Gate City Blvd Krispy Kreme 3706 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27407.
Placed an online order for a custom dozen. When you complete the online order they ask for an email and phone number to contact you regarding your order. Got to the location to pick up the order. Half of the dozen we couldn't get because the Biscoff limited edition donuts had ended (it wasn't clear on their website if it ended on the 29th or end of the business day on the 29th). Cool, my bad, when they tried substituting the donuts I learned that they couldn't make a basic donut (chocolate with rainbow sprinkles). Chocolate with rainbow sprinkles was in the last half of the order I had placed (along with other chocolate covered donuts). Turns out they could make strawberry with sprinkles, but that means they didn't have the chocolate needed to make their chocolate covered custard filled, chocolate covered kreme filled, and others that require the chocolate frosting (other donuts in my order required the chocolate frosting). More than half of the dozen in my order couldn't be made.
They did not have the professional courtesy to call using the number provided with the order. Waited until I was their to try and figure out substitutions. I then (in process of being refunded) witnessed a door dash driver get the chocolate with sprinkles that I was told was not available for my order.
Professionalism needs improvement, lying doesn't look good either. If someone else can get something you just told me I couldn't have that's called lying. Overall, a very disappointing experience and people in general shouldn't be lied to and this location chose to partake in lying as well as showing ineptitude with professionalism when situations...

If I could give - 0 stars to this location I would! Management I would love a reply! I have been customer service for over 10 years and would never had my establishment or employees treat customers in such a way. I seen on another review about how DIRTY, STICKY AND FILTHY the floors are here you can tell they use old, dirty , nasty mop water and just circle it around. I had on shoes that were literally sticking to the floor. The red had young lady that took my order was extremely rude and seemed to hate her job. I asked her who mopped the floors very respectfully and she looked away and rolled her eyes… I then asked if I could have another person to assist and she said NO no one else can help it’s just me .. I said okay where’s your manager? There were TWO there that day staring at the conversation and they did nothing. I told her I hoped her day got better bc customers don’t deserve to be treated any kind of way and this establishment should be shut down and deep cleaned! … cancelled my order and I will N E V W R return here again!!
