While basking in the joy of eating chips and pretzels I heard and felt a crack in my mouth. Leaping to my feet I ran to the bathroom and to my great dismay found my tooth cracked - like broken cracked- I began profusely sweating. I sent an emergency note to the dentist I was seeing at the time and they did see me the following day and informed me my tooth was broken (yep I got that) and it would need a crown (thats what I heard from friends). This was on Aug 20th. They told me I could get a ‘temporary’ crown done in 14 days! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? So I am suppose to walk around with a dangling broken tooth that’s killing me!?!?? I was escorted to the front desk to make an appointment and be placed on the wait list. How about no!!!! I would rather have this hole in my mouth closed up to avoid bacteria and an infection. I quietly exited the building with my broken tooth and in pain. In my dismay and anger I texted my fellow co-workers who were just as shocked as me. One of them said “you need to go to Premier Dental. They will take care of you”. I called Premier Dental GSO on Monday Aug 23rd and Michelle (at the front desk) felt my pain and knew all to well my frustration! I was seen the next day and at 3:15pm and walked into a welcoming atmosphere. Dr LaJean and Maia took very good care of me. They calmed my nerves, they explained to me in detail what they were going to do and assured me I could get a temporary crown put on that day!! They educated me with knowledge by explaining was happening in my mouth AND they fixed my tooth. They were extremely pleasant and I felt like this is the place for me. Today - Sept 13th Dr LaJean put on my permanent crown and Monica (I believe) completed the task at the end. Premier Dental Greensboro has it all. A happy front desk (I love Michelle for life now) and a staff that smiles and KNOWS what they are doing!!! Dr LaJean is an intelligent, compassionate, superb Dentist that educates her patients while providing treatment and explains preventative care! It doesn’t get any better than that! I recommend this office for your dental needs!...

I want to begin this review by stating this has been the best dental office I have ever visited. Michelle and Emily both are super efficient running the front desk and always greet you with a smile!

The two dental assistants that I have had (Hannah and Monica) are also super great at what they do. Strong communication of exactly what was occurring and if I felt any pain to let them know right away. I have had crowns in the past that were super painful during and after the procedure. I have had two crowns currently done at Dr. LaJean's practice and both times I have felt no pain while having the procedure and surprisingly minimal sensitivity after the procedures.

I also wanted to take a moment to comment on Dr. LaJean's recent story. There was an incident that occurred outside near her office and I watched her (as well as others in the practice) spring into action to help save a life. Dr. LaJean immediately knew what to do in the scenario that took place. Her humbleness when she got back into the office was extraordinary as well. She took no credit and followed up with the person in the incident multiple times to ensure they were okay.

I can say that as long as Dr. Lajean's office stays in Greensboro I will never look for another dentist. Two crowns, Five fillings, and an upcoming implant all done in such a short amount of time. Efficient, dedicated, and personable are the best three words I can describe this office to be.

August 2023. Today's visit was for a cleaning. Kim super cleaned my teeth and found no problems! Dr La Jean was friendly as always and took a look.. All good! From the front desk people to the entire staff, everyone is helpful, thorough and friendly. Our entire family sees Dr La Jean.... She's the best! We highly recommend her and her staff!

Previous visit: When I lost part of one of my molars, I called the office and made an appointment. I saw Dr. LaJean this afternoon. She took one look and told me it had to have a crown and would I like her to do it today or make another appointment. I said if she had time to do it today, that would be great... she did and I'm ready and waiting for the permanent crown and I'll be good as new. Thank you Dr. LaJean...
