I had not been to Mythos since they moved across the street. I was in the mood for a Greek salad and ordered it with grilled chicken. The greens were fresh and I even got Kalamata olives, tomato, onion and cucumber. The chicken was well flavored, juicy and tender, like fall apart tender. I was hoping for a traditional Greek dressing but found myself getting the house dressing which was a pink color. It was so good I ordered another ramekin of it to thoroughly douse my salad knowing I could sop up any with the soft warm pita that came with the salad. The sweet tea was very good. I also saw many dishes I will try in the future. With the good part out of the way I would like to remark about the service. It really seems like a helter skelter floor operation and I know why after observing. The young people on the floor were not smiling at all. One person will seat a guest and take a drink order. That same person will go to another table and take the orders. A second person brought my tea and took my order and he never came back to my table. These guys are moving around fast rotating tasks. I had to flag someone down to get a tea refill and she was not engaging about it. I can only surmise that all of this staff splits tips so they can all be paid server wages. And you cannot pay at the table since they don't leave a tab for you. Now you have to stand in line to pay and they have to figure out what table you were at so they can get the correct ticket. I could be all wrong but I know the food will bring me back. It's that good.

Mythos serves delicious, fresh Greek food at an affordable price. Their combo deal is a standout—you get a grilled chicken kebab, gyro meat, salad, fries, and pita bread, all of which are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The meat is always tender, hot off the grill, and bursting with flavor. Everything at Mythos is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant itself is clean, bright, and welcoming. It’s also family-friendly, with a menu that offers something for everyone, including little ones. The atmosphere is lively, so if your kid gets a little noisy, no one bats an eye. Evenings tend to be busy, which speaks to the restaurant’s popularity. Their catering is another highlight—you can feed a crowd for around $10 or $11 per person, which is a great deal for fresh, high-quality Greek food. While you might find cheaper options for less healthy meals, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better balance of quality and value. There may be fancier Greek restaurants out there, but for our family—especially with a toddler—Mythos is the go-to spot. It’s a casual, welcoming place with amazing food at the right price, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Mytho's is always great! Great flavor and quality of food! I have Celiac Disease so I have to eat gluten free and there is a great selection of gluten free items that are so good and clearly marked on the menu. I do wish they had gluten free pita like Ghassan's does but it's more healthy without it so it's ok. I got the usual...chicken souvlaki, rice and a Greek salad. The portions are large in my opinion. I can make at least 2 meals out of it and maybe a midnight snack. My husband got the Chicken Souvlaki Pita and Greek Salad. (Not Gluten Free). I appreciate their willingness to make things gluten free and even give the option when online ordering to check to ensure it's gluten free. I always still ask for my chicken to be cooked on tin foil to avoid cross contamination.

Called in to place an order for carry out. We ordered 2 Kids meals which come with a side and drink. I asked if they offered a kids hamburger (as some restaurants do not place all items on their menu). She informed me that they do not. I asked if it was a large burger for a kid and she replied that it wasn't very big. I also asked if it CAME WITH a side and drink to which she replied yes and listed my options. When I arrive to pick up the order, I wasn't greeted. Then she starts ringing up the order after I provided my name and I see that she's adding an item. I asked what the charge was for and she said the fries. I repeated what I was told and she said that it didn't come with fries. Okay, cool. I'll take the hit and pay the $2.75 for fries. Then she hands me two cups to which I asked about a third cup. She said it didn't come with a drink. To which I told her that I'd asked specifically if it came with fries and a drink and who took the phone orders. She gives me a blank stare (which at this point, I know it was her because she's the only female in the establishment working at the time). She tells me she doesn't know who took the order. Then walks away to whom I sadly believe is a Manager and tells them that I didn't want to pay for a drink (which wasn't true). He comes over and say "it doesn't come with a drink" to which I repeated what I had been told. He points at the menu!!! I say, "I can read, but didn't not have a menu when ordering and relied on his employee to know the menu." He rolls his eyes and hands me a cup. I ask for his name (because at this point, I know I'm taking the time to leave a lengthy review) and he mumbles something that sounded like "guilty." Extremely dismissive and acted as if I was creating an issue. I simply wanted what I'd asked for. It wasn't a problem paying for the food, obviously but I would have ordered something different had I known that it didn't come with a side and drink as I had asked. The food is decent but it doesn't carry poor customer service. Do better in your training and your customer service, but then again it seemed like a...

HORRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERRVICE, THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

First of let me just say this was my FIRST and LAST visit!!!! Entered the restaurant and we weren't greeted in the same manner as other patrons, we waited "To be Seated" for over 5 mins before a young lady just standing at the register instructed us to come over to order as if we'd known we were supposed to. We order a #2 & a #9, we received our drink cups and I began to walk away and she shoves the number at me and looks at me crazily, again this is my first visit I was unaware that you were required to take a number. We sit and wait for our food, she brings it over and the cup of dressing for the #9 salad was 1/2 full so my boss asks for another cup and is informed that its..."$0.64"...reluctantly she agrees and then we are just over it we get up and leave our untouched food at our table. We ask to speak to a manger on duty for a refund he walks over and is very obnoxious and arrogant in his demeanor, he asks why we would like a refund, we explain the poor services rendered and his excuse is..."well we only have 2 girls here and they have large tables"...I reply to him.."sir those guests entered after we did and we weren't welcomed the same...he replies..."well did you eat your food?.." my boss and I say "no, it is still on the table"...instead of offering customer services to us as dissatisfied patrons he walks from around the counter to check our table to see if we ate our food or not leaving us standing there! he then returns and I mention t him how disrespectful that was and he says..."Well you know some people don't tell the truth...if you don't like our customer service you don't have to come back t our restaurant sorry". I was offended and shocked I had never been treated this way and I didn't deserve it! I want to know how I can speak with his superiors! So...

We finally had a chance to eat at the second location of this very good Greek grill, and they don't miss a beat here - just as good as the one on West Market Street, though the service doesn't seem as crisp and timely. Neither place is a complete breeze to get into car wise, but this one is somewhat better if you don't try to crossover the oncoming traffic as you leave.

We ordered the Gyro Wrap ($5.35), the Club ($6.95 with FFs), and the Double Cheeseburger ($5.25 with FFs), 3 of our favorites at the West Market Street restaurant, and none disappointed. The Cheeseburger was excellent, loaded with flavor, nice amount of cheese, and a fresh bun. The burger is a great value at this price, with a side of FFs.

The Club was no different, simply one of our favorites - in fact, I'm not sure there is a better one in the city, especially at this price with a nice side of fries. The Gyro was super, as well. I've really come to like the way they put their sandwich together, though it took me a little while. The meat is cooked as it should be, well seasoned, and is chopped into nice chunks rather than thinly sliced - this keeps the meat tender and moist, I think. But it is the Tzaziki sauce that sets this gyro - great tasting, made in house sauce, with a touch of sourness from the added sour cream.

We like these sandwiches, as well as a number of other items here, and in general the pricing is reasonable. They do serve beer and a few Greek wines, but this is not a linger over dinner kind of place, rather a bright, clean place for a quick...
