McDonald's — Restaurant in Greensboro

So I get off work and decide to eat here bc I'm poor after spending 2k to fix my car I spend my last penny to Get a mchicken add onions with a medium fry The mchicken literally came with 2 tiny onions, the buns were so hard that I'm not joking when I say it's a health hazard for n e 1 to eat that, and the patty taste like it was made last week and super tough and impossible to chew or eat The frys were ice cold not exaggerating and tasted older than the mchicken So I try to call customer support bc I spent my remaining money for dinner that I can't eat Only to find out they close at 7 which is ironic since that's when most people would be eating dinner So I've decided I'm calling the health department and will never go to another mcdonalds n e where ever. Enjoy the surprise visit. We need to stand up as consumers and stop giving places like this money. As prices rise, quality drops No more.

I came in and there was no one line and the lady wanted to show me how to use the kiosk. She took my order via the kiosk and everything was fine until the very end. She got the order entered and by that time there was a line waiting to order so she told me to just put in my card. She left to go take the others orders at the counter. Before the kiosk would complete my order it asked me to take one of the tents on the side of the kiosk and enter the number to complete. There were no tents and by this point I couldn’t get help because she was taking everyone elses order. By the time she was finished I had checked to make sure it hadn’t charged me for the meal and it hadn’t so we just left. She offered to take my order for me at the counter but I felt like she should have just done that at the beginning now that I had to wait after everyone else was finished that had come in after me. I don’t mind using the kiosk but please have everything there for...

I would've gave one star, but I'm feeling kinda generous tonight. The cashier appeared from the back after 4 minutes of me standing at the counter. She then asked me if I needed something... No, I'm just hangin' out! Ha! After I ordered, it took me almost 10 minutes to get my food. Then, I couldn't find a single clean table to sit at when I finally did get my food, which was definitely sub par. I also noticed that there was a "cautiin wet floor" sign out. It couldnt have possibly been fron a recent mop, because the floor was dirty as hell. I couldn't understand why everyone was in the back chit chatting while the lobby was such a mess. I was hungry and didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for them to fry up a fresh chicken sandwich, so I ate it anyways. I see now why they're getting such bad reviews. Not to mention their outstanding 94.5 sanitation grade.... One of the worst McDonald's I've been to, and that's...
