This place is conveniently located near my job. However, Every time I come to this location I have problems. They are slow to produce simple coffees like a blonde or pike, and if I ask for an expresso shot to be added, I need to add another 10mins to my wait. Knowing this, I started using the app, which cut down on my wait time, and at times, the coffee was ready as I walked through the door. What brings me to write this review is the bad service I have received on my last two mid-morning visits. I asked for a blonde coffee, with a shot. The person taking my order seemed annoyed that I asked. Then sharply replied, we don’t have that available. I asked for a pour-over. He seemed very confused and more annoyed. I then asked for an Americano, knowing it would take forever, but I was between clients and had time. 15mins later, I had my coffee and was out of the door. (If the staff wouldn’t stop to laugh and talk with each other, it could have shaved 5mins off my wait). Today, a coworker and I had time to stop in, mid-morning. I was again greeted by the same person as before. I asked for a blonde with a shot, to which he replied, we don’t have that. I asked, is there a cutoff time for making it or are you not serving it any longer. He gets annoyed again. So I ask for 2 pike with shots. He took my order and went about his way. 15 to 20mins later, NO COFFEE, yet people who had come in after me had ordered at the register and gotten their orders. I proceeded to ask the cashier what was going on, to which, he put his finger up, walked to the register and took someone’s order. I then asked about my order and he apologized and said he forgot? Forgot?. I asked for a refund. He had to get who I believe to be a manager to assist him. In regards to why, she didn’t inquire at all. At least 5 of my colleagues frequent this place weekly. But...
Read moreGreat location, great service, great employees. A recent disagreeable interaction was atypical. Normally I would write it off but mentioning it might actually help. At the window, I had my card ready. The staff member held out the card reader and said something I didn’t hear. This happens to me all the time so I often make my best guess at what the person said and proceed. I assumed he said something like “Here’s the thing to tap your card on.” So I put the card on the screen. The staff member seemed annoyed said another thing that I didn’t hear, followed by an irritated “Like I said.” I looked at the screen, hoping to figure out what the guy was saying but I couldn’t read it because of glare. I moved to see the screen from a different angle and was able to see it. As my card was being read, I mentioned to the staff member that I wear (imperfect) hearing aids and had not heard him. Again, I am a fan and I’ll remain a loyal patron—I know it’s a stressful job and the irritation was a one-off. But can you remind staff that some people are doing the best they can when they hear about a third of what you said? Also, is it possible there’s a way to hold the card reader at an angle where the screen is most likely to be shielded from glare? Or maybe a super-bright screen that can be read...
Read moreAbsolute awful customer service. My family and I were on a road trip and stopped here, as we go to Starbucks often like many others. Blu in the drive through was kind and timely. After we received our drinks, I tried to get the PIN code to use the restroom. The man working the drinks on 02/15/2025 at 3 PM was incredibly rude. He questioned whether or not I was actually a customer and demanded that the drive through worker, Blu, confirm. She could not confirm as I was sitting in the back of my mini van with my two children so I did not order, my husband did. After an awful exchange between him and myself, the woman working the cash register on 02/15/2025 was kind and gave me the PIN code after spending $20 on coffee and being a consistent Starbucks customer. I completely understand you have a restroom policy sir, HOWEVER I highly suggest your management train you on proper customer service and etiquette. I am not a Karen and have actually never wrote a review like this but what in the world has happened to being KIND to people. I also work in customer service - it is literally YOUR JOB to be kind. Find something else to do, rude dude working...
